Introduction

You preach about sin. You tell them about sin and how that God moves, and will remove that sin. They don’t want to hear that. Most of them are backslidden. But we are to preach sin is sin. And there is repentance from the Lord, we should preach that too, and it clears away the heart (Romans 6: 1 – 2; Psalm 103: 3).

You preach about hell. Hell is a real place. Heaven is a real place. You preach about hell; they don’t want to hear that. Why don’t they want to hear that? Well, evidently, they are trying to find how to go there if they don’t want to hear about getting out of there. Those that hear the words of the Lord will never come into that place. Those that hear the message that’s in that Bible, and believe it in their heart, they don’t have to fear that place (Luke 16: 19 – 31).

Accepting the Lord Jesus is the most important event that you’ll ever do in your life. There is no more importance, not only on this earth, saith the Lord, but in this Universe, all Universes, island Universes, no matter what He’s got out there (John 3: 15).

You preach about eternal life many times, and you preach how great, and how powerful, the eternal life. They don’t want to know about it. All they want to understand about is the earth’s time and the care of this life. That can wait over there, but did you know that Jesus said the most important thing in your life, while you are on this earth, is exactly that, seeking eternal life, and salvation, that He has given.

If I preach on the Godhead, make Jesus eternal, one God manifesting Himself in three ways, people don’t want to hear anything about that. And that’s the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, saith the Lord (Isaiah 9: 6). Then, what’s wrong with it? Well, they don’t hear that. They are either pagan or semi-pagans.

You preach how great Jesus is. Some of them don’t want to hear that, but the elect of God, they want to hear that. They want to hear how great He is because they love Him.

And you preach about how great and how powerful that Jesus is. You don’t have words to make Him what He really is. You don’t have the mind or the comprehension to reveal how great a One was, that John said took on the form of flesh, come down, and dwelt among His people, and the world that He created knew Him not (John 1: 10). And gave up His life on purpose to save every one of us, and was resurrected in His power, came back again. And He will come back to us again.

There is, no words in heaven, there’s no angels, not even the angels, there’s no type of demon powers, there’s no type of human power, there’s no type of anybody filled full of the Holy Spirit, none of them will ever relate how great the Lord is. He can hurl them planets and stars out there, and billions of Universe out there, hundreds of trillions in the bright stars. Paul said there was nothing created unless it was created by Him (Colossians 1: 14 – 17; 1 Timothy 6: 16).

So, our great Savior that we have is really great. If you believe in making Jesus great, you are well on your way. For He loves those that love Him. Make Him as great as your mind can make Him, make Him as great as your heart that you can make Him.

The real people of God will listen, they will believe His words, they will believe Jesus’ words, because Jesus’ words are infallible, saith the Lord. They are infallible. Every promise is infallible if you work your faith, it’s left up to that. It’s impossible to please Him without faith.

The words that God spoke, they are life. I am the life and the resurrection. They are power, they are life, they are eternity within themselves.

But the real elect will hear that word, that is the real seed of God.

People that don’t want to hear about all of these, and have decided in their heart to reject it, are a farce, they are a vapor, and will vanish, they are nothing.

Lord Jesus, we thank you for granting us the grace to receive salvation. We thank you that we know who you are, the eternal God. We do not have enough of words to describe how great you really are. We love you with all of our hearts, and we shall be changed to eternal glory when you come for us in the translation.

Summary of the Sermon

We listened to a sermon titled “The Real Truth”, CD # 1118, preached by Brother Neal Frisby.

In the sermon, Brother Frisby said:

You’ve got the world, the lukewarm Christians, the Christian that’s confused, and so forth like that, that’s not sitting right on the word, or right with the word of God. No matter what you preach, they don’t want to listen to it. But the real elect will hear that word, that is the real seed of God.

Truth has fallen in the streets, Isiah 59 and 14: And then it says, truth faileth. And the Lord looked around and said there is no intercessor, except Isaiah was writing. And this displeased the Lord, there was even judgment at that time.

Truth has fallen in the streets; the truth faileth; the people turned it down.

Christ said those who are built upon the rock base, they are a wise man. Those that hear His words, built upon a rock base, He calls him a wise man because they hear the words of the Lord. But what does the other ones want to hear? They are wise that build upon a rock, they that hear the words of the Lord.

Now, the foolish build upon sand, the Bible says in Chapter 7 of Matthew. They build upon sand, and they just sink, and blow away. They do not hear the words of the Lord. They do not let the words of the Lord sink in the heart. They do not allow their faith to grow in great power. It is built upon sand.

Now, he that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. Those that hear His words, He will give him or you the morning star.

If you hear the words of the Lord, He will give you the morning star. We know the morning star, the bright and morning star, in Chapter 22, that that is Christ. But some people think it may be a location too, a beautiful place that He has for people. Now, we see the great cities, celestial cities of the Lord, like morning star, coming down. But nevertheless, He made that promise to those that listen to His word. There is no promise to those that won’t listen to His word, except the other negative promises that are in the Bible for judgement, so forth like that.

So, he that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Now, what do people want to hear. Most of them, and even many Christians today, they want to hear falsehood. They want to hear religion and politics, political religion. In other words, they want to bring change through politics; they’re, bring change through religion and politics, instead of prayer and faith.

Now, you bring change, if it’s going to come, you going to bring change faster, prayer and faith and power in the Lord. So, you pray with all of your heart. Changes will come from the Lord, and they’ll come with great power, and so forth like that. If they are not to come upon this earth, then God’s hand, by divine providence, had guided it in different places.

So, what do they want? They want part of the truth, part of the power, part healing, part deliverance, part salvation, denying the word, in part faith. They want part of the word. They are Laodiceans, saith the Lord. That is Laodicea. And what does He do to Laodicea? Here’s what He said He will do: I will spue thee out of my mouth, for thou art neither hot nor cold. Religion mixed up. What we have here is the last futuristic vision of the church world that’s going to be as the age changes and closes out. That was God’s prophetic vision, I will spue thee out.

Hold onto that rock that’s got a solid base. Hold onto the rock of the Lord Jesus.

So, truth has fallen in the streets. Truth faileth during that time of the prophets. They don’t want to listen to it. Part truth? Yes. Some of the word of God? Yes. Part of God’s power? Yes. Part a little bit healing? Yes. Part, part, part. God is whole, He’s not part.

Your own spiritual soul will tell you what is truth.

The people of God that know their God, and really believe Him as supernatural, and not somebody that is distant, far off. If they really take Him as a close God, or God of deliverance, somebody that can do them some good, somebody that is right there, to guide them, to heal them, to help them, and to help them with all the problems of the life. Believe Him right there, all of God, everything that God has.

If I preach on the returning of the Lord Jesus, and I say He’s coming very soon, some people don’t want to hear that. You see why? They are not ready. They are probably hypocrites. If you really love the Lord Jesus, you’ll be glad to hear sermons about His return, because the Lord said in the Bible they that love Him are looking for, and expecting, His return.

You preach about the Holy Spirit, and all of His double power, the gifts of the Spirit, and so forth like that. They don’t want to be that humble. They don’t want to hear anything about that. Yet, they call themselves the real gospel. And hear about the Holy Spirit, about the way that He moves, how He came back in Jesus’ name, and all of the power of the Holy Spirit? They don’t want to have to pray that much to keep the Holy Spirit moving, like water. He’s not stagnant. It’s like a brook of water, it’s like a spring of water, the Bible says, springing up within the soul, and it will affect people around them, it will affect the people they are working with, it will affect the devil too, it will make him mad. And it will affect somebody else, and get them saved. Makes one mad, makes one happy; makes one get saved, runs one off.

If I preach about heaven, there’ll be signs in the sun, moon, star, upon the earth distress, earthquakes, all these things taking place, nation in perplexity, not knowing which way to turn, weather patterns all messed up. God said in the Bible, signs in the heaven, sun and moon.

Or if I preach about how beautiful heaven is, the glories, the eternals of heaven, some people don’t want to hear about that, because they are not going there, saith the Lord.

You are not just stuck in this world, in the grave to die. This is just a stop off here. It is kind of like a probationary for us to come through on this earth, to see what we think about the Lord, and to make our decision, which way do we want to go, what do we want to do. God has left that decision, yet divine providence, and predestination, cut into that. He’s going to make certain of His people. He knows exactly what He’s doing.

We are upon this earth with many people that won’t make it, many people that will turn it down, many people from the very beginning, God in His heart, knew they are not going to make it. But then in His heart, He knew the ones that would, and He sent a message to them. So, we are passing through, in a probation, and one second of God’s tick is all. No matter if you live 100 years or 200 years upon this earth, or whatever it is, it is just like a second in God’s time. And why, and God giving a promise to where that it’s eternal, where there is no more time. You step out of time all together, and you go into eternalism with God. There is no more death, you are alive, yea, like Him for ever, and ever, and ever. The bargain seems so great that many turn it down.

Then you pick about religious systems, the Laodiceans, false organizations, so forth that. You preach about that all the time. You talk about it like that. People, they don’t want to hear that. And yet, a religious system and a political system is what gives the mark of the beast in Revelation 13.

You preach about sin. You tell them about sin and how that God moves, and will remove that sin. They don’t want to hear about that. Most of them are backslidden. But we are to preach sin is sin. And there is repentance from the Lord, we should preach that too, and it clears away the heart.

You preach about healing, the power of the Lord to heal, the power of the Lord to deliver.

And you preach about demon powers. How that they bind up the people from the truth, how that they bind up the people that they won’t hear the truth.

And you preach about how that Jesus healed the lunatics. Jesus healed the insane. Jesus created, Jesus cast them out of there. He healed all manners of sickness, and He said the works I do, shall ye do. These signs shall follow them that believe. Lo, I am with you alway, I will never leave you, I will never forsake you. Lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. These signs shall follow them that believe. Some don’t want to hear about that, but I’ll tell you, the real elect has got to have that, or they won’t be the elect.

That deliverance, that power, the power to set free, the power to guide, the power to keep, and the power of that anointing, is just great. That is exactly what the elect need.

You preach about prophecy, brings the warning too close. God’s children are not scared of the future, for that is their home, saith the Lord. We are changed in a twinkling of an eye, our bodies are changed, we’re glorified, we’re caught up in a dimension with the Lord Jesus, and He says, come up hither, meet Him in the air.

In the Bible it said that the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. And we have the word of God in us, we have the testimony of Jesus. If you have the word of God, you have the testimony of Jesus.

Behold I come quickly, surely, I come quickly, behold I come quickly. Now, that was at the end of the Book of Revelation, meaning that events will take place suddenly, they’ll take dramatically, and powerful, and all of a sudden, they’ll speed up momentum, and it’s over with. Daniel saw it this way, a flood of events.

And you preach about how great and how powerful that Jesus is. You don’t have words to make Him what He really is. You don’t have the mind or the comprehension to reveal how great a One was, that John said took on the form of flesh, come down, and dwelt among His people, and the world that He created knew Him not. Well, evidently, they are trying to find how to go there if they don’t want to hear about getting out of there. And broad is the way that lead down to there. But it’s a real place.

Jesus spent some of His time, He preached about that place, and He preached about the damnation, and so forth like that. And when He preached about hell, is when they were rejecting His word.

Those that hear the words of the Lord will never come into that place. Those that hear the message that’s in that Bible, and believe it in their heart, they don’t have to fear that place. To them, it’s as though they don’t want to know any more about it except there’s a place like that. You hear God’s word, and heaven’s joy, and the power of the Lord will be there.

You preach about the inventions; the Bible gives and brings them out.

You’ll be surprised at the end of the age, a lot of people will listen to a message like this, because there’s no hope in front of them. When things are drawn down tight, the clouds are on the horizon, war, and they can see the mark of the beast, certain things are coming, people that have that seed of God in them, they’ll hear this message, they’ll know this message, they’ll know it’s the truth, your own spiritual soul will tell you that this is the truth.

He that hath an ear, a spiritual ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the real churches.

“Behold saith the Lord Jesus this is the hour of which I have spoken I would gather My chosen Sheep by name! Yea they will turn in and follow Me, Yea they be but few but they will be powerful! I have with held many wonders until now and I will release them unto My Elect, for in them I have put a desire yea to know the deep things of God. I have spoken that the spirit shall show you things to come, yea the mighty secrets of the Lord shall appear in this last hour of prophecy! “Behold run little ones, run unto the sanctuary of My Word and ye shall be clothed with sudden power”, but the nations shall be covered with astonishment. Yea I am writing, this is the last time and signs, and My Elect shall be given the last signal!!
