Introduction
Isaiah 25: 8: “He will swallow up death in victory”. Jesus, in other words, He will swallow up death. O, we’re getting rid of that. He will swallow up death in victory. Jesus, very name, is Victory. The Lord created death. And He will take death away. He created life, and He will give him more eternal life. Faith is the victory.
And Jesus, the great triumph at the cross, was the great triumph that we’d ever seen. And it said He triumphed over the grave. He triumphed over death. He said I have the keys to all of these. I’m the Alpha and Omega, I am the beginning and the end, I am the Triumph, and so is my church, waiving a banner. She is triumphant.
1 Corinthians 15: 54 – 55; so, when this corruptible, Paul says, shall have put on the incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality. He’s moving that body on out of there. Then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, death is swallowed up in victory. And he says there’ll be no sting to death with me. There’ll be no victory in the grave out there. O death, where is thy sting? Won’t hurt me at all. I’ll just pass right on through.
When you receive salvation in your heart, you get rid of that death sting. But the sinner has the sting of death on him when he leaves; the grave has complete victory over him. Salvation gets rid of the sting of death. Salvation gives you victory over the grave. When you receive salvation, there is a burden that is lifted; you are a new creature; the sting of death is gone. It is easier for you to pass on to heaven at the time of death than sometimes for you to fall asleep on your bed. O death, where is thy sting? Salvation has taken it away. The sting of death is sin, and if sin is taken away, the sting of death is gone. O grave, where is thy victory? You have victory over the grave because of salvation.
Do not fear death. The Lord Jesus has given you victory over physical death because you will be glorified. You can speak to death and say: “O death, where is thy sting?” You can speak to the grave and say: “O grave, where is thy victory?”
“When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.”Colossians 3: 4
With true salvation in your soul, the Lord Jesus, the mighty God, is your “life”. He is your eternal life. You have been part of Him from eternity. The life which you now live in the flesh you live by His faith. That is why, when the Lord Jesus appears at the time of translation, you shall “also appear with him in glory”. John 3: 15; Galatians 2: 20; Isaiah 9: 6; John 11: 25 – 26.
The Lord Jesus also gives you victory over spiritual death (the second death); Revelation 20: 11 – 15.
The Lord Jesus has given you victory over every test that you may come across in this world.
“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.”1 John 5: 4
So, how valuable is faith? Faith moves, you begin to expect. That victory comes from the Lord Jesus, and He’ll swallow up death for you. He’ll give you eternal life. In Jesus is the victory. He is the triumphant One.
So, every test, every debt, every trial, you will win by the power of God. Victory over sickness, triumph over oppression and the evil forces that are arrayed against you, you will be able to have the victory. Who is our victory? Jesus.
You were created to praise the Lord. “Why are there such secrets in praise, because that is why we were created to praise the Lord of Host!” “When we get into the rhythm of praise we feel the sweetness of His presence and He revealeth the most secret things unto us for even days to come afterwards!”
“Thine, O LORD, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art exalted as head above all.”1 Chronicles 29: 11
Let us worship our Lord Jesus Christ. He is our Saviour, He is our Victory, He is our eternal life, He is the mighty God, and we shall be with Him for eternity.
You will be blessed.

Summary of the Sermon
We listened to a sermon titled “The Great Triumph”, CD # 1170, preached by Brother Neal Frisby.
In the sermon, Brother Frisby said:
Now the great triumph, the great triumph, invincible faith. Before we get involved in that, let’s talk about some things that are happening around the country. You know, people are looking for a way out or people are seeking an answer, and they’re out in the world. They’re trying to seek an answer, and they’re looking here, and they’re looking there, and they’re looking everywhere.
But we know, notice in the world, and everything that they do, you know, they claim the victory, and they claim this and they claim that. But did you know that only the Christian has the real victory? Only, in the Bible, the world, they may get a certain type of victory, but it’s not the spiritual victory which lasts. The spiritual victory is the one that’s going to count.
And sometimes, because Christians are rejected, you know, they kind of get down the dump, because the world rejects them, and they begin to lose their victory. That’s when you ought to say, the Scriptures are true, and prophesied of those people, and prophesied that I would believe.
So, victory, and joy, is not of the world, but it is for the Christians. And you know, some look like sometimes they lose a victory. You want to get out of that. Gain that victory by your faith. Take new courage. It is our gift of triumph, and victory. That is our gift from the Lord. Did you know it? And that belongeth unto us, and to no one. It doesn’t belong to the world; it belongs to us.
Our faith is triumphant. And our faith is moving into our celestial place. We are moving towards the other dimension of heaven, and our faith will cause us to move on out in the great triumph of the Christian, and will be translated. The saints, through their victory, and through their faith, triumphant, they will be translated.
2 Corinthians 2: 14: Now, thanks be unto God. First you thank Him, see? Which always, first, you’re overconfident in God’s word, completely confident. Who always, it didn’t say once in a while, but always, if you hold on, and do it right, confidence will rule for you, which always causes us to triumph. In who? You’ve got to have Christ, triumph in Christ. And make it manifest the savour of His knowledge by us in every place. Always triumph, if you hold on, you will.
And sometimes when things are not going so well, if it’s for a divine person, you’ll come out of that with a great triumph. If you’re new here this morning, you can turn some of those negative things, some of those valleys, you can lift them up on a higher ground and get on the rock. If you know how to hold on the Lord, they’ll even work for your favor.
But you must have Him. He can take anything crooked or iron, whatever it is or whatever’s happening to you, and He can straighten that out no matter what. He can pull you out of that depression. He can pull you up in the air. God can bless you.
So, every test, every debt, every trial, you will win by the power of God. Victory over sickness, triumph over oppression and the evil forces that are arrayed against you, you will be able to have the victory. Who is our victory? Jesus.
Psalm 92: 4: For, thou, Lord, hath made me glad through Thy works. His works begin to stimulate. He saw the hand of God. He saw the promises of the Lord. He saw the works of God on the children of Israel and wrote about it. And when he did, he said that Thy works, Lord, I will triumph in Thy works of Thine hands. I will triumph.
How many of you look at the Word of God? How many of you look how successful the ministry of Jesus was? How that the prophets, move by great power, and how Jesus said these works you can do also. And I am the Lord. I change not. You believe, I’ll move.
Always, people look at somebody else’s failure. They’ll look over here at something else, or they’ll look at their own failure. But they never look right, and stay right with the Word of God like they should in their heart, and they will be the victor. Exactly right. This is to lift you up, build up your faith.
And so by Thy hands, I look in the Word of God and see Thy great works and it caused me to triumph over my enemies. It causes me to triumph in war, he said. I triumph in everything that I move because he looked at the past. He’d seen what God was doing and what God promised him in the future. And he was not slack either. He stayed right on those promises.
Look in that Word of God, where hearing the Word of God builds faith. And the great victories and the great faith champions rose up to show us exactly what God will do for us in our day as we believe Him. There’s no problem too hard. There’s nothing, anything that you’re involved with, that God won’t work a miracle for you.
Paul said, behold, I can do all things through Christ. I am more than any conqueror. He said, I’m more than a conqueror because of the spiritual things of Christ and the faith and power.
Exodus 15: 1: Then sang Moses. He was so happy in victory. He began to sing here. And he also, he talked, and the children of Israel, saying this song unto the Lord, and they spake, saying, I will sing unto the Lord for He hath triumphed, gloriously. He has triumphed. The horse and his rider hath He thrown in the sea.
How about your problem? He’ll throw up in the sea of forgetfulness. He’ll take away everything that’s blocking you. No matter what you need, He is right there, every moment, ready to make intercession or anything.
If you need salvation, oh, it’s like your breath. If you believe it in your heart that Jesus died and that Jesus rose again, and He did, and He made way for your salvation. You’ll need that one name, Lord Jesus. If you’re new here today, claim Him in your heart. You’ll feel the triumph. You’ll feel the victory of the Lord with you. That’s exactly right.
People don’t give the Lord a real chance. They’re too busy. They block Him out in so many different ways today. You give Him a chance and He’ll triumph. God will move because that Spirit in Him is a triumphant Spirit there. And Jesus will guide. He will defend us. Let the shout of triumph be in the Christian’s heart.
Isaiah 25: 8: Jesus, in other words, He will swallow up death. O, we’re getting rid of that. He will swallow up death in victory.
Jesus, very name, is Victory. See, He will swallow up death. How do you get rid of death? You get the victory of the Lord Jesus in your heart. And He will swallow up death in victory. And the Lord will wipe away tears from all faces. And the rebuke of His people shall be, He take away from off the earth. Any of those that have been rebuked, He’ll remove it from the earth, the Jews and Gentiles, for the Lord has spoken it.
You say, spiritually speaking, He’ll swallow up death, just like that. The Lord created death. And He will take death away. He created life, and He will give him more eternal life. Faith is the victory.
1 John 5: 4: For whosoever is born of God overcometh the world. And this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Even our faith. So, how valuable is faith? Faith moves, you begin to expect. That victory comes from the Lord Jesus, and He’ll swallow up death for you. He’ll give you eternal life. In Jesus is the victory. He is the triumphant One.
Remember, he that endureth, holds on to the Lord, stays with the Lord. The same shall be saved. As we’re closing out, we’re really closing this age out. And it’s going to be a quick one, and a swift one, and a fast one, and you better keep in tune, and watch that clock ticking, because soon the race will be over, will be gone.
1 Chronicles 29: 11: Thine, O Lord, is the greatness, leaves all the kings and everybody else out of this earth right now. But He’ll give it to His people. Thine, O Lord, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, it says. He loves to live in that victory, doesn’t He? You get with the Lord Jesus, you get into victory. You begin to expect in your heart, and get that victory. Now, whatever He has, all power is given unto me in heaven and earth and I give unto you.
Now, Thine power, see all of it, the greatness, the power, and the glory, and the victory, is Jesus. And the majesty, for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is Thine. Thine is the Kingdom. That’s when Jesus stopped and said, all power is given unto me in heaven and earth, quoting this Scripture right here in the Old Testament, right here.
The earth is Thine. Thine is the kingdom, O Lord. Thou art exalted, head above all. Now, head above all. How many of you’ll keep Jesus down here, where you can walk around by Him there? How many of you’ll keep Him up higher? How many of you will put Him over your head? Head above all. Now, He’s head above all.
The organizational systems and even some deliverance ministries today that’s went off in lukewarmness, and entertainment, and kind of often another type programs, where they’ll still preach salvation some, a little bit about faith, and once in a while God will heal and so forth like that. But not near to the word to deliver the people. The people are in bad shape. They’ve got to have a powerful anointing to get them out of this thing that the devil has put a net on them. Otherwise, you’ll wait and see.
It’s going to take a powerful, a powerful anointing to pull those people in the Kingdom of God, and to keep them, saith the Lord, in the Kingdom of God.
You get into the Kingdom of God. That’s one thing. You get saved. You get salvation in your heart. You get the Holy Spirit in your heart. But it’s another thing to stay in there. And that’s what that anointing is going to do. Besides drawing the others in, this anointing is becoming so powerful. It’ll become so powerful across this earth that He’s going to just seal them right in. It’s going to hold that elect until He calls for it. And there ain’t no way the vacuum or the vortex of this earth, this planet, is going to pull them out of there. It’s going to be like they’re going to be in some kind of a hole they can’t get out of, God’s going to put them right in with him, though, right there, in that cloud, that funnel, and they’re going away from here. It’s got to be.
A head above all. Now, the organizations, you know, they keep down here like a leash, like you’d lead somebody around a leash, they do. They have a leash. They think they’ve got a leash on God, and a lease too, and a leash. Then they make up their own programs, own plans. They rule out, get new Bibles, rule out most of the word of God. And they tell people, it sounds real good to them, you know. But the real word of God will stir that heart. It’ll cut it up and down. It’ll put it in place. It’ll form it together, like a piece of pottery. It’ll form it like gold, heated with fire. He’ll bring it out just like it should be. That’s exactly what Revelation said His church would be like, burnt in the fire, coming out like gold. You know where the Scriptures are in there, Revelations three about down before you get to the end of that chapter. It’s in there. And when He does, He does a good job of it.
And I mean, you’ll be happy, happy, and in heaven and eternal life. You never doubt your eternal life because that faith and power in there will do it. Where is the victory? In your faith, your faith and power in the Lord. How valuable is your faith? So, let’s, don’t keep God on a leash. Let’s, don’t keep God somewhere else. Let’s put Him above us right there.
You know, one time Satan was a little above there, but he’s down there somewhere else. Now he’s fell like lightning. How many of you believe that? Let’s keep Him right up there. And though it’s the kingdom, all of it belongs to the Lord. He’s exalted head above all systems, people or whoever they are. He’s exalted above them.
Psalms 98: 1: O sing. See, he’s in this, in triumphant, and singing, and happiness, and joy. O, with the Lord, o, sing unto the Lord a new song for He hath done marvelous things. His right hand, His holy arm, hath gotten him the victory.
I’ll tell you, the One they’re going to have to reckon with, mankind with all of their leaders on this earth, and all their great systems at the end of time, they’re going to have to reckon with the most High in person.
He’s coming on down to talk to them in person. Now there’ll be more action than talking when He comes and interrupts them there, and said His arm hath gotten Him the victory with great power. We serve One that will do, and can do, and is doing, anything that His people ask.
And Jesus made the statement, I’m the same yesterday, today and forever. Ask and you shall receive. Let us believe the Lord, pay no attention. This world will try to fog you down, try to pressure down, try to run you down because all the people in this world are not Christians. They’re not really believers. You’ve got, well, good people too, and you’ve got different kind of people. Then you’ve got the other kind of a spirit. And it’s a world that’s getting in such chaos and thickness of all this depression, oppression, upon the world that you need a triumphant spirit. One that’ll triumph over all this. One that will bring that victory and get you in that translation. Those are the ones going in the translation. The ones that’s got the victory and the triumphant saints. That’s exactly right. See, all things, He has gotten the victory. All things are yours that He has promised there.
1 Corinthians 15: 54 – 55: So when this corruptible, Paul says, shall have put on the incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality. He’s moving that body on out of there. Then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, death is swallowed up in victory. I come out of Isaiah 25: 8 that Paul got right there.
And then Paul adds this, death is swallowed up in victory. What’s the key? Your key is faith in victory, and you will triumph over all of this right here. Then he says death is swallowed up in victory.
O death, he called out to him. O death, where is thy sting? He’s going, just before he went up, before Nero. He’s talking this. See he went on past Nero. Now, O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? You shall not triumph over the faithful Christians, the one that has faith in their heart. O grave, where is thy victory? Speaking for all the saints of the ages, speaking for the elect of the ages, and the apostles, speaking to all of the disciples, and speaking for all of the prophets, he said, O grave, where is thy victory? I see no victory for you. There’s no victory, no victory at all. Paul went further, that when the axe falls, I will not feel the sting of death. After all, he beat Nero to it. He went up in the third paradise, quite a few weeks before he ever saw Nero in the Roman Empire.
And he says there’ll be no sting to death with me. There’ll be no victory in the grave out there. I’ll take it away from you right now. And he went his way, and he died a martyr. And he was taking on up where he had once been. O, the old body will lay there in the grave. But that spirit, that Paul said, the spirit, goes up, that’s exactly right. It’s in a place that he saw, paradise, which he was unable and unlawful to write anymore about it to us. He couldn’t do it because God would not allow for him to write all that he saw. But we can see in different spots where he would kind of write between the lines, just a little bit. And John come on and showed more of it in the book of Revelations in chapter 21, 22, how great and how powerful.
O death, where is thy sting? Won’t hurt me at all. I’ll just pass right on through. No matter how you try to destroy me, no matter what you do to me, there’s no sting to it. That grave will never hold a victory. I’ll come out of there and meet my spirit in mid-air. And the dead, and the dead in Christ, shall rise first and meet their spirit. And they which are alive upon the earth, that which are alive, shall meet them in the air. They’ll rise first and meet them in the air. And there’s the King right there. There’s the Lord Jesus with a voice of a trump. Sounds like triumph, doesn’t it? Voice of an archangel, God Himself, the Lord Jesus, will descend. O, great is the victory.
Great is the power of the Lord. Even down during tribulation, listen, victory is still used, even though they failed to get their chance in here.
Revelation 15: 2: And I saw as it were a sea of glass. He looked, and it looked just like the ocean. There was so much room up there, and such a space. There was no end to the glass before this type of throne that was set. There’s a different one than the rainbow, and it was glass. Everywhere that he looked, it looked like a sea of glass, and it was mingled with fire. Coming up out of this glass was fire in every direction, just little tips of fire flashing up and down through this great glass-looking thing that was there. And I saw, mingled with fire, and them that had gotten the victory. Say, got the victory, he said, because they wouldn’t be standing there. And them that got the victory over the beast, over his image, over his mark, over his number of his name, and they stand on the sea of glass, having harps in their hands. They have got the victory. O, how great, how great, and how wonderful that is.
Every test, every trial, no matter what you’ve got, every sickness, every oppression, anything that you’ve got. By your faith you’re more than a conqueror. Your victory lies in the Lord. You’re triumphant.
And Jesus, the great triumph at the cross, was the great triumph that we’d ever seen. Them trying to put Him to death only gave us life, and life returned. Eternal life burst Him right out. And it said He triumphed over the grave. He triumphed over death. He said I have the keys to all of these. I’m the Alpha and Omega, I am the beginning and the end, I am the Triumph, and so is my church, waiving a banner. She is triumphant.
See, the joy, and the victory, belongs in the church, and the world hollers it more than the church does. And it’s short lived, after they’re over, whatever they’re doing. They must go their way. If they’re not a real good Christian, see, they still have to face the world and the things in the world. But the real joy, the spiritual joy, is only found in one place, saith the Lord. And that is in my name, Lord Jesus, in the body of Christ, my church is where it’s found. How many of you believe that? That’s the only place. What the world has is a kind of an imitation of this victory, and an imitation of triumph.
But the real triumph, and you may not really recognize that like you should until you really triumph over all of things that are coming, and the victory over all of the crises, all of the prophetic events that I’ve foreseen that are coming on this world, and all these things. Once you get through all of that, and once you’re translated into heaven, then you’ll probably understand the word much better, triumph, and victory, that comes only from the Lord.
And the messages that God has given me is to bring that church into heavenly places, to bring that faith up to the translative faith, bring that power up to the miracle worker, bring them up, that their faith may work for them, and the super confidence of the Lord.
Many cast away their confidence, cast away their faith in there, don’t fall in that line, but believe the words in these messages, allow that just take hold of your heart and expectation, and I’ll tell you what, He’ll just guide you anywhere you want to go, and it’ll help you.
It’s called the great triumph, invincible faith. Now, invincible faith is not stopped. Invincible faith will get you, own, through. There’s no way the devil can conquer that invincible faith, and great power. It’ll give you the victory. You’ll be a very triumphant Christian in the Lord. The great triumph is coming to all the Christians.
Scripture Reading
“For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”1 Corinthians 15: 53 – 57
So when this corruptible, Paul says, shall have put on the incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality.
In the sermon titled “Before Time”, CD # 1040, this is what Brother Neal Frisby stated:
“That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.”John 3: 15
“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.”Galatians 2: 20
“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”Isaiah 9: 6
“Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believeth thou this?”John 11: 25 – 26
The Lord Jesus also gives you victory over spiritual death (the second death).
“And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.”Revelation 20: 11 – 15
Jesus.
There’s no problem too hard. There’s nothing, anything that you’re involved with, that God won’t work a miracle for you.
By your faith you’re more than a conqueror. Your victory lies in the Lord. You’re triumphant.
You were created to praise the Lord.
I read from Scroll # 70:
“A person who has the high praises of God in his mouth shall receive knowledge and wisdom guiding him in his daily affairs and giving him many spiritual highlights in his life!”
“Why are there such secrets in praise, because that is why we were created to praise the Lord of Host!”
“When we get into the rhythm of praise we feel the sweetness of His presence and He revealeth the most secret things unto us for even days to come afterwards!”
“Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ”2 Corinthians 2: 14
Now, thanks be unto God.
“Thine, O LORD, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art exalted as head above all.”1 Chronicles 29: 11
