Introduction: Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, February 19, 2023
The presence of the Lord was with you before you came to this earth, it is with you while you are here (Psalm 139: 6 – 11) and will be with you after He takes you back to heaven.
No doubt, in your life, the Holy Spirit has sealed some type of instruction (Job 33: 14 -18).
Sometimes in your sleep, sometimes you may wake up and hear yourself groaning. If you’ve had a real type of prayer with the Lord or service where you really drinking it, and the power of God really moved in your life, the Holy Spirit in your sleep could be praying out and when He does, He is using the human vessel. And as He does, then something is accomplished over the world (Romans 8: 26 – 27).
Sometimes, you can pray and if you pray quite a bit, during the time or before you go to bed, you start to praying, and you begin to pray honest, you lay down, did you know that will continue right on through when you go to sleep, if you get a good start?
He is going to give rivers of living water. That doesn’t mean just one type of the Holy Spirit moving within you, but it said rivers of living water will pour through your system of life and the closer you get to eternal life, before you change, did you know those rivers of water are called life in the Bible and as those rivers of water shall flow out of your stomach, belly, and flows out of it, currents of the Holy Spirit, and the closer you get to eternal life, that is, the end of the age, next to the translation, just before you are changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, just before that time, you’ll get a foretaste, within your body, as you near it.
What we will actually feel, something different than anyone else in 6,000 years has felt upon the earth. Oh, it is a touch of life that we’ve never felt before.
It means just before the coming of the Lord, the way church services will be conducted among God’s children will change. As we sing and worship the Lord, our praise will ring with the certainty of the nearness of the coming of the Lord because we will have a foretaste of the change in our body. That is the difference. Also, the presence of the Lord, in the form of His glory, will be in our midst.
In heaven, we will be able to meet the two angels who came with the Lord to meet Abraham at the tent door (Genesis 18: 1 – 15). We will be able to meet the angel described as a young man in Mark 16: 1 – 8. We will be able to meet angel Gabriel who stated: “I am Gabriel, that stand in the presence of God” (Luke 1: 19). He was also the one who told Mary she would have a son, the mighty God, whose name is Jesus (Luke 1: 26 – 33; Isaiah 9: 6).
We will have the highest position among all of God’s creation, higher than the angels. The Almighty God gave His life to redeem us. He will grant us to sit with Him in His throne (Revelation 3: 21).

We listened to a sermon titled “Always Present”, CD # 970 A, preached by Brother Neal Frisby.
In the sermon, Brother Frisby said:
The Spirit of God is always present.
At the end of the age, long about the time of the Antichrist, the Bible said, even though the people are translated, by the power of the Lord, it says the Holy Spirit does not depart from the earth. He only pulls Himself back allowing the evil system to take over.
The presence of the Lord, David found out, was everywhere.
Psalm 139: 1 – 2: “O LORD, thou hast searched me, and known me. Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off.”
Psalm 139: 13: “For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb.”
Psalm 139: 15 – 16: “My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.”
Before you came here and after you leave here, He’s still with you.
He foreknew you before you came. The Bible says He foreknows all things. The presence of the Lord is everywhere.
In your sleep, He is right there.
If you get enough of God, inside your heart, that Infinite will be with you, and you will see the deep things and the secret things of God.
In the night, we cannot escape the Lord.
No doubt, in your life, the Holy Spirit has sealed some type of instruction. You may have woke up and done a certain thing. That’s God moving among His creation. The Spirit of God searcheth the reins and the heart of the children of men. He weigheth the spirits and He is able to move and we don’t know exactly what to pray for.
And sometimes, you may have an instruction, you’ll never know it, you’ll never know anything about it.
The next thing you know, you run into him and you say certain things about the Bible or in the Scriptures, and something you’ll say and God has spoken to that Brother and God has spoken to that Sister. He is marvelous.
He can seal in a certain way that you could have went in a certain direction. As it is, you turn and go somewhere else the next day. You avoid death. He said the death of the sword and the pit.
He sealeth instructions in men when they sleep.
Sometimes He seals instructions you know nothing about. And you come and you may tell somebody something or there’s something in your heart that you must read or somehow you may pray for someone, but it’s the power of the Holy Spirit that does these things.
The Lord is busy and He is busy in His people and He is looking for open hearts that during the daytime they open up and receive the Holy Spirit to prayer.
In other words, their minds and hearts are set upon the Lord, their faith is positive. And then during the night, He can pray. The Holy Spirit will pray for you. Sometimes, you can pray and if you pray quite a bit, during the time or before you go to bed, you start to praying, and you begin to pray honest, you lay down, did you know that will continue right on through when you go to sleep, if you get a good start?
David said where can I go? I can’t get away from Him, not even before I was here, He was with me and after I am gone, He’s still with me. Amen.
So, at the end of the age, that’s what’s going to take to really make a Christian army. Christians that are obedient to God’s power, those are the kind that are going to be blessed by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Such a feeling coming upon the elect because the world will have changed into such a dimension in their side of sins and the hatred in the world, that the Lord is going to have to give His people a double, triple blessing. Can you say Amen?
The Lord will really anoint His children and they will become positive and very powerful and it will break that back and the Lord will guide His people. Do you believe that?

God is a prophetic God. The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. And as you close to that change, what a feeling, what power.
We may look back at what Solomon and the prophets saw as kind of minor, compared to what He’s going to do among His people. Do you believe that?
I know because Jesus said greater works shall we do at the end of the age.
Never in your life, such faith, such courage, such power, that God will put upon His people. It will be just like lifting up like an eagle. It will be so wonderful, sitting, in other words, in heavenly places, Paul said, with the Lord Jesus. Glory to God, exalted in the power of the Holy Spirit.
A royal, lofty, people unto God that believe God. That is what faith will do for you.
It’s coming. It will come for His people, and the closer we get to the change, the more that presence within us dented. And such a wonderful feeling.
Never a feeling in this world. Even when Jesus came in Galilee, there was a wonderful feeling there for those that believed in Him and He was on His mission as the Messiah.
They only felt in part, even when the Holy Spirit came down on the day of Pentecost.

We only have in part now, the Bible said. There is full measures, the Scriptures said. When the full measure of that come, we will have something coming from the Holy Spirit that none in 6,000 years has had an opportunity to be involved with.
What an opportunity. And He foreknew that you’ll be here at this time.
Romans 8: 27: “And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.”
He sealeth our instructions. Can you say Amen?
I started the sermon:
Psalm 139: 6 – 11: “Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it. Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me. If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.”
The presence of the Lord, David found out, was everywhere.

In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed; Then he openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction, That he may withdraw man from his purpose, and hide pride from man. He keepeth back his soul from the pit, and his life from perishing by the sword.”
This is the Lord sealing an instruction in you of what you need to do later that day or days later.
In your sleep, He is right there.
No doubt, in your life, the Holy Spirit has sealed some type of instruction.
You’ll get up the next day and He knows somebody is going to cross your path.
The next thing you know, you run into him and you say certain things about the Bible or in the Scriptures, and something you’ll say and God has spoken to that Brother and God has spoken to that Sister. He is marvelous.

Even in your sleep, the presence of God is directing you. When you are awake, the presence of God will direct you.

You may read a Scripture one morning, but the Lord might have sealed that Scripture a few days ago in you while you slept. You will then find yourself sharing that Scripture with a brother or sister in the Lord later that day, which is exactly what the Lord wants him/her to hear.
The Lord might have left an instruction in you while you slept and you decided to leave an area that soon has an earthquake or you chose to fly with a different airline. The Lord has just saved you from death.
The Lord seals instructions in both those who are saved and those who are not saved.

The Holy Spirit is praying through you. He is praying for you. He is praying to Himself. He is the Almighty God. He is the Lord Jesus Christ.
We can pray for our needs and for the needs for others in our regular language, but the Bible is stating “we know not what we should pray for as we ought”.
When the Holy Spirit prays for us, every prayer that He prays will come to pass because He is praying “according to the will of God”.
He is praying on topics that you know nothing about.
The Holy Spirit may be praying about future events in your life, in the lives of your loved ones or in the lives of those you do not know who could be living thousands of miles away. He may be praying about His work throughout the whole earth.
He may be praying through you for a child that you do not know who is facing death within the next few days, whose parents may not even be saved. Until the day of judgment, the Lord is still a merciful God. For example, the Lord heard the cry of Ishmael who was about to die, whose mother was the bondwoman (Genesis 21: 1 – 19).
The Lord is going to give such a wonderful feeling and they have felt the presence of the Lord, but just hold on.
John 7: 38: “He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.”

ANGELS AND THE ELECT – “Men have often wondered when their bodies are glorified and changed how will they rank with the angels? – In the world to come, the righteous are equal to angels! (Luke 20: 36) – In some respects and ways the redeemed will excel angels; for the overcomers will be the ‘very bride’ of Christ! – A privilege which is not given to angels! There is no higher position for created beings than those in the Bride of Christ!” (Rev. 19: 7-9)
