Introduction: Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, January 24, 2021
This sermon talks about the former rain (teaching rain) and the latter rain (harvest rain) which will bring the full word of God and power to give us rapturing faith. We will do the works that the Lord Jesus did and even greater works as He has promised. Just before the rapture, the dead in Christ shall rise first. We will be caught up in a dimension with them as we will be going up with them.

We listened to a sermon titled “Voice – Double Portion”, CD # 1079, preached by Brother Neal Frisby on 11/20/85 (PM).
In the sermon, Brother Frisby said:
The time of midnight cry will wake up the slumbering Saints.
We are yet to see real united children of God throughout the whole earth. This will be a revival to unite the children of God like the Book of Acts. This is not an impossible job for the Holy Spirit.
We are on the brink of restoration.
The future is partly working now in what the Lord is already doing.
You are partly entering the future.
You are entering the final work of God. We are heading into God’s revival.
The 7 Thunder lightnings will lead to a spiritual flood.
The Lord Jesus said on this rock I will build my church. Matthew 16: 18: “……. and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” It is settled that the Lord will build His church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
Jesus is the Author and Finisher of His work.
Look for a great stirring upon God’s people at this end of time.
A voice, a double portion, will come upon His children.
At this end of time, we should expect convulsions of nature on earth and in the heavens, volcanoes erupting, earthquakes and tornadoes as a warning from
God to the nations. It is to alert the people to His soon coming.
Isaiah 43: 19: “Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.”
This will be a strange work from the Lord; it will be a new thing.
We will have a great outpouring in the midst of apostacy, when things are dry, when lukewarm condition will be prevailing. A spiritual deluge will come from the Lord.
Joel 2: 23: “Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.”
Joel 2: 25: “And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.”
The former rain and the latter rain to be given in the same month, in the same generation.
The day of the Lord is at hand.
What the Lord did in the Old Testament, we will also see Him do it in our days.
The former rain is a teaching rain to reveal the truths of the Bible. It is a preparation rain. It is to bring the power, gifts, wisdom and knowledge back to the children of the Lord. It is to restore the manifold teachings of the Lord, all the truths, who Jesus is, to restore the doctrines of the Bible, to bring out how great God is.
The 7 lightnings lead to the 7 Thunders which wake up the dead in Christ.
The teaching rain becomes the revelatory rain – the latter rain.
The teaching rain now doubles up to the latter rain in one season.
The latter rain becomes more potent than the former rain.
The Lord will translate His church.
The latter rain: the root word is eloquence. It means luxurious, quality, richness, the best that there is; it is oratory; you sit in heavenly places; you feel confident in the Lord. You have a richness of His grace; you have the luxurious Spirit of the Lord; money cannot buy what you receive from the Lord; it is inspirational; it is uplifting; it is revelatory. You have heavenly confidence.
The King cometh; the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. The real living witness is among His people. We have manifested glory among us. There is heavenly glory among His children.
Each gift will take on the richness of His power.
Matthew 13: 30: “Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.”
We will be princely people of the Lord. We will be the Queen of the Lord Jesus.
The King cometh to the Queen.
We will have nobility of the Spirit; the Spirit to finish preparing us for the translation.
God gives a new thing in the latter rain that will put a Capstone on the restoration of the Saints.
It will be a quickening power.
We will have 7 lightning powers of the Lord among us.
Haggai 2: 9: “The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the LORD of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the LORD of hosts.”
We will see the glory of the Lord.
Joel 2: 28 – 30: “And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit. And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.”
The Lord will pour out His spirit upon all flesh. It will be a quick, powerful revival; we will have visions of rapture. It will lead into the translation.
I started the sermon by reading from the Sermon Book – “THE SPIRITUAL VEIL OPENS”, preached by Brother Neal Frisby.
From Page 20: And I was taken with the Lord and the Lord showed me His secrets and no wonder Paul was utterly dumbfounded, and to dumbfound a man like him is tremendous. He was dazed from his trip into heaven, dazed at the almighty things that He showed him, and said – neither has it entered into the heart of man the things that He hath prepared for him.
From Page 29: No one knows what’s behind the screen of this huge solar system and what goes beyond and beyond, and beyond, – it said it never stops. And this one here is millions and millions of light years out in space and it would take thousands of years just to reach the first little star – in our own galaxy with our own planets and the sun and the moon is in one galaxy – then there’s another galaxy, another sun and another galaxy and another galaxy and it goes on and on and on and breaks up in spinning lights, way on out in the magnitudes! Past Nebula, Orion, going on out in among them now past Mazzaroth – God’s wheels, God’s ordinances and powers – set in motion, Orion and the seven stars! And the Almighty walks through that grand universe and galaxies, like you would take a stroll downtown – He’s great! And there are billions and billions and billions of miles across there and yet it’s on the inside of His spiritual body!
Come ye now, saith the Lord, how great are ye? Ho, ho, ho, ho, – Who art thou? Even as Paul said, Oh, man – as he witnessed the vastness, saith the Lord! Yea, he saw the splendor of the Most High – and behold, I showed him many things! Why did he have such confidence and power, when he cried, I am more than a conqueror? “For he had seen worlds beyond worlds even as he wrote, – worlds unknown! – Paul the Apostle wrote it, in the Bible, in the Scriptures as it was written! God, His magnitude – incredible! “Behold, saith the Lord, if ye shall not believe Me – ask the scientists now how deep is the beyond, and they shall tell thee, let alone I, Myself, for I have revealed even that much to them! But beyond the veil of time and beyond the greatness and the magnitude of the light channels, thou shalt not comprehend in this world!
In the sermon, I said:
The Lord showed Brother Frisby what He showed Apostle Paul about two thousand years ago. The Lord showed Paul the vastness of the universe and that was why he could write that he was more than a conqueror. Romans 8: 37: “Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.”
The Lord showed Apostle Paul worlds beyond worlds and that was why he could write that the Lord has many worlds. Hebrews 11: 3: “Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.”
The Lord does not have to tell you what He showed Paul before he wrote Romans 8: 1-2: “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.” It is for you to believe the word of God.
The Lord does not have to tell you what He showed Paul before he wrote Galatians 2: 20: “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” It is for you to believe the word of God.
The Lord does not have to tell you what He showed Paul before he wrote Colossians 3: 2 – 4: “Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.” It is for you to believe the word of God.
The Lord does not have to tell you what He showed Paul before he wrote Ephesians 1: 13 – 14: “In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.” It is for you to believe the word of God.
The Lord Jesus, the Most High God, said in John 11: 25-26: “Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?” You want to have this statement settled in your soul.
The following are examples of a deeper understanding of the Scriptures that show that in this latter rain, God’s words become more revelatory; we have more richness to understanding His word.
I read Genesis 2: 7: “And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.”
Here is the revelation of this Scripture in Scroll # 43:
THE ELECT SPIRITS WHICH WERE PART OF GOD, BEFORE THE ELECT BODY WAS CREATED – The real you (the spiritual part) was with God before it was appointed a body upon the earth through seed. There is a fleshly seed and a spiritual seed which was united! The real eternal spirit which God gives His saints had no beginning and has no end and is like unto God! That is why after death our body is changed into the inner immortal spirit, that is why it is called eternal life, it always was and always will be with God! And He breathed it into each of us (Gen. 2: 7) “Behold saith the Lord do ye not know this Scripture? Ye were with Me when the Morning Stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy!” (Job 38: 6,7). Our flesh body came upon earth by birth uniting with His spirit which was always with Him! And when we repent (salvation) we keep this spirit in order to always live with Him!! Read (Isa. 1:9 – Eph. 1:4) (Satan’s seed is a group, also the Lord has created a place for them.)
THE BODY, SOUL AND SPIRIT – (When the spirit leaves the body, the soul and spirit become one) The body carries the soul and the eternal spirit (Gift of deity) ignites the soul body with life, and it becomes a “living personality” of the spirit! The body (flesh) often warring against “the spirit soul” which is the real you! The elect body will be changed uniting soul and spirit together, (becoming Glorified) Then all three stages of body, soul and spirit blend as “one” The same as the Father, Son and Holy Ghost united together as “One” (marvelous!) (Read – I Cor. 15: 40-44). (The soul is the personality connected to The Spirit)
I continued with the sermon:
Genesis 2: 7 states the Lord formed man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life and man became a living soul. Man is made of body, soul and spirit. It means your spirit, for the true children of God, came from God because He breathed it into you.
In this Scroll # 43, the Lord now reveals the same thing – that the elect spirits were part of God. It states: “Our flesh body came upon earth by birth uniting with His spirit which was always with Him!”. It means the spirit of God was in you from day 1 when your mother gave birth to you.
It further states: “And when we repent (salvation) we keep this spirit in order to always live with Him!!” You might not have come to salvation until you were 20 or 25 years old, but you have always had the eternal spirit of God from the day you were born on this earth. All you simply did when you came to salvation was to keep this same eternal spirit of God that you always had.
It states: “The real eternal spirit which God gives His saints had no beginning and has no end and is like unto God! That is why after death our body is changed into the inner immortal spirit, that is why it is called eternal life, it always was and always will be with God! And He breathed it into each of us (Gen. 2: 7)”
As the Scroll states, “Satan’s seed is a group, also the Lord has created a place for them.”
Another example of a Scripture that shows the Lord has brought a deeper understanding is John 20: 30: “And many other signs truly did Jesus in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book”. In this Scripture, John is stating that there were many other signs that the Lord Jesus did in the presence of his disciples that he did not write.
In the sermon “Signs Not Written” (# 1046), Brother Frisby explained what other signs the Lord could have done in the presence of his disciples. He mentioned that the Lord might have repeated before all of the disciples what transpired during the transfiguration, when He changed into his eternal glory. He was earlier transfigured, but He did that only before three of His disciples.
Mark 9: 2 – 4 states: “And after six days Jesus taketh with him Peter, and James, and John, and leadeth them up into an high mountain apart by themselves: and he was transfigured before them. And his raiment became shining, exceeding white as snow; so as no fuller on earth can white them. And there appeared unto them Elias with Moses: and they were talking with Jesus.”
The Lord now showed all of the disciples the same thing – they saw Him in His eternal glory. This was not just a man standing before them; this was the eternal God.
One more example of a Scripture that shows the Lord has brought a deeper understanding is John 21: 25: “And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.”
In this Scripture, John is stating that there were many other things which the Lord Jesus did that if every one of them were to be written, this whole world would not contain the books that should be written.
Again, in the sermon “Signs Not Written” (# 1046), Brother Frisby explained what other things the Lord Jesus did that the whole world could not contain the books if each of those things were to be written. He mentioned that this was because the Lord showed the disciples visions to let them know that he has been creating from eternity. If you were to write about all of the stars, galaxies and universes and trillions of other types of creations the Lord Jesus has been creating from the beginning of time, you will need more than this whole world to contain all of the books that would be written. The Lord Jesus is the eternal One.
This revelation explains why John, after the resurrection, could state in the very first chapter of the book of John that the Lord Jesus is the Creator. John 1: 3 states: “All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.” Verse 10 states: “He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.”
I read from Scroll # 40:
THE FORMER AND LATTER RAIN – THE HARVEST RAIN SHALL FALL LIKE DROPS OF FIRE! (JOEL 2: 23) We have been in the noted part of the “former rain” since about 1946-47 in connection with the Salvation and Healing Revivals, known as the “teaching rain” Which planted different seeds, the wise, the foolish and the world together as it were! The latter rain of rapturing faith is next called the “harvest rain” this will bring His full Word and Power, creative Miracles, visions, raising of the dead, etc. This is associated or in conjuction with the 7th Seal (Rev. 8: 1 – Rev. 10: 4) and the 7 Thunders outpouring (God’s eye of fire and revelation power). This deluge of the spirit will separate the Bride seed from the other seeds planted, giving translative faith to the Elect, at the same time bringing judgment on the world! During the last revival “Former Rain”, seeds were planted, now suddenly Jesus is going to ripen it (bring them to a head) sunning it with His anointed faith. Separating them from the foolish and world calling His Elect unto Himself! I saw it like this, in farming the first rains that come slowly prepares the crop – “The former rain” – Then just at harvest time the last rain appears and ripens the crop quickly, called last or latter rain! Next the wheat is separated from the Chaff (brought in) this is like unto God’s kingdom! The Latter Rain starts just about the time the organizations will unite directly or indirectly. Simultaneously Jesus will visit His Elect in the most powerful way, this occurs right before the mark 666 is instigated, (the Elect escape it) But all the church Councils unite suddenly so the foolish can’t get the “oil” (Matt. 25: 8) They keep her away from this until the Tribulation starts, then the foolish virgins see their mistake. Satan is cunning and well knows just about the time the “final latter Harvest Rain” starts. At that moment satan will cause the dead churches to unite “away” not mixing in it. Amen! But the wise stay with God! Lot (foolish) went right in, but not Abraham (Gen. 13: 12-14)
In the sermon I said:
This Scroll # 40 repeats part of today’s sermon in the CD – “Voice – Double Portion” (# 1079). The former rain is the “teaching rain”. The Lord used Brother William Branham greatly in the former rain revival. The latter rain is the “harvest rain” which brings the rapturing faith – the faith that the Lord God will give to His elect children throughout the whole world that will make it possible for them to be translated. This latter rain will bring “His full Word and Power”.
I read from Scroll # 45:
THE RAINBOW EYE OF FIRE – Just before the rapture the Bride will receive the 7 revelation anointings of God! It will be the Royal anointing from her King (Jesus) Rev. 4: 5 The 7 lamps of fire will give her immense light for the Bride will even glow! The 7 spirits combined will be on the Bride like a “rainbow eye of fire”, (revelation wisdom) They receive all this for rapturing faith, and the false church receives the 7 last combined plagues for destruction! (Rev. 15: 1) The Head (Christ) will soon unite with His body (The Elect) It will be a “supernatural miracle body” working signs and wonders! The Head (Christ) will tell the body when to move and what to do. The Head is the Word of God to the Body (The Elect) and they speak only His Word! All of God’s power was poured into Christ, and all of Christ power will be poured into the Elect. (St. John 14: 12) They will be in His very image even united as One, so close together that the body can not deny the head. (The Bride and spirit become one) When the head gets together completely with the body the rainbow anointing will break forth in 7 revelation spirits of wisdom and power! Remember Joseph’s colorful coat saith the Lord (Gen. 37: 3)
I continued with the sermon:
This Scroll is stating that “Just before the rapture the Bride will receive the 7 revelation anointings of God! It will be the Royal anointing from her King (Jesus) Rev. 4: 5 The 7 lamps of fire will give her immense light for the Bride will even glow!” We are to expect a tremendous amount of power from the Lord Jesus just before the rapture, for we shall even glow in His anointing.
This will be a royal anointing from the Lord God Himself to us. We will receive all of this power “for rapturing faith”.
It states: “All of God’s power was poured into Christ, and all of Christ power will be poured into the Elect.” John 14: 12 states we will do the works that the Lord Jesus did and even greater works than He did. We will be a “supernatural miracle body” and we will work signs and wonders! We will see miracles and wonders as they saw in the Book of Acts. All of these acts of God we will see just before the rapture.
You may say to yourself “I have never prayed for the sick before.” You do not need to have any worry. Just put your confidence in the Lord that He will perform what He has promised. The Lord Jesus will lead your life daily, including when to fast. Romans 8: 14 states: “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.”

Scroll # 48:
WHAT ELSE WILL GOD DO IN THE SEVEN THUNDERS AT THE END? – (Rev. 10: 3 reads He cried with a loud voice. Loud voice is connected with translation and raising of the dead (1 Thess. 4: 16 (read all of this before you form an opinion.) Will some noted prophets or saints return and minister again, appearing in foreign fields about 30 or 40 days before the Rapture for a quick short work? He said He would do a work that no one would believe though it was declared unto them. After Jesus died He returned and ministered to the elect about 50 days before He ascended, also some saints were resurrected and ministered to The Elect (Matt. 27: 50-53) God is the same yesterday, today and forever (Heb. 13: 8) Behold I change not! The elect believed it, but the world did not believe it then. Before He returns great things will happen again. Jesus will give the elect the same witness that He gave the early church. If a person can not believe this is for us then how can he believe what happened then to the early church? Jesus said greater things then these shall ye see (St. John 14: 12) Though one come back from the dead the world will not believe, but the elect who hear or see it will. The elect will sort of be caught up in a dimension with those, because they leave with them. Those are a fore type of what blends into the two witnesses. (Rev. 11: 8-12)
In the sermon I said:
Matthew 27: 52 -53 : “And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.”
1 Thessalonians 4: 16-18: “For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.” This Scripture tells us that “the dead in Christ shall rise first”.
We are to expect all of those who died in the Lord to rise from the dead, just before the translation, and to be in our midst, just like the Saints who rose from the dead, after the Lord Jesus was resurrected, “appeared unto many.”
We will see the resurrected Saints for they will be in our midst. We will “be caught up in a dimension with” them because we are going to be leaving with them. We will leave “with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”
I read another part of Scroll # 48:
GOD’S SUPERNATURAL WHEELS OF FIRE AND TIME – The celestial wheels of God will be in the midst of His Church! Ezekiel was actually walking in 3 worlds or dimensions at once! Read first few chapters of (Ezek.) and chapter 10) He was standing in three different spheres of revelation! He was in the heavenly dimension, he was in his present age and he was seeing things of our future age. It was called a “Wheel within a wheel” working in 3 different time zones or spheres at once! Incredible! The elect will also soon be in several dimensions at once, heavenly spheres and earthly spheres, etc. Reaching into deep revelative wisdom! Just before the rapture they will be actually walking in the spirit, seeing visions, angels and the Lord! The elect will be transformed into God’s wheel within a wheel of revelation! God’s celestial wheels represent wisdom and knowledge, time zones and the future! (Cherubims are also connected to the mercy seat and judgment. Wheels and God’s glory work together! The Cherubim wheels can leap back and forth through heavenly dimensions! The elect is about to enter the dynamic heavenly spheres of God! Aluminating and incredible age is coming.
I continued with the sermon:
Just before the rapture, we will be “walking in the spirit, seeing visions, angels and the Lord! The elect will be transformed into God’s wheel within a wheel of revelation!”
If the Lord were to call you before the translation, blessed are you for you are now resting from your works and you are with the Lord in the third heaven (2 Corinthians 12: 1 – 4).
If the Lord were to keep you alive till the time of the translation, blessed are you for you will partake in the 7-fold anointing of the Lord that will give you translative faith. You will do the works that the Lord Jesus did and even greater works, and you will see the Book of Acts come alive again. You will see the dead in Christ rise up and you will be caught up in a dimension with them for we shall all go up together to meet the Lord in the air.
1 Thessalonians 5: 4 – 5: “But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.”
When we start to see visions, when we start to see angels, when we start to see the Lord Jesus and we when we start to see the Saints that have arisen from the dead, we will know for certain that the coming of the Lord is at hand. It will not overtake us unawares.

This sermon talks about Angels. Angels are part of the Holy Spirit just like the elect spirits are part of God. It means Angels are similar to us. They have eternal life as they do not die just like we have eternal life. In heaven, we will be like the Angels. Angels were created to minister to us who have salvation.

In the sermon, Brother Frisby said:
The great Angel of light is the Lord Jesus.
God’s Angels are full of lights.
The Lord does not really need Angels as He can do everything by Himself. He created Angels to give some else life. Wherever the Angels are, He is there also, working with them.
The Lord has billions and billions of Angels; He has innumerable number of Angels.
The Lord can appear as billions of Angels. He is infinite.
He speaks and creates Angels whenever He wants.
The Angels of lights are watching this planet.
God’s Angels give warnings. They appeared before the flood to Noah. Sodom and Gomorrah had warnings from Angels.
Angels are there to show His authority.
Angels are giving warning at this end of age that Christ is coming soon.
Angels travel much faster than the speed of light.
The Lord is quicker than your prayers.
Angels can appear and disappear.
Angels guide you.
Where you have faith, power, miracles and the word of God, the Angels of God are there.
Angels patrol the earth; they are the eyes of God.
They come and go like flashes of light.
They will be numerous just before judgment falls upon the earth, just before translation as we get closer to the tribulation.
Angels are with us at the time of translation.
There are different types of Angels; you have trumpet Angels; you have the vial Angels.
Angels are warning do not go into the Antichrist system.
Angels are warning do not worship Jesus in conjunction with Mary.
The Lord Jesus is the only name to be worshipped.
Angels work with the Holy Spirit; they are part of the Holy Spirit and only obey the Lord Jesus.
Never limit the Lord and always believe that He has more power than you can believe for.
Angels are right around the power gifts and the other gifts.
Angels restore things.
Angels provide miracles of supply.
The God Angel appears as the Angel of the Lord. In different works, He can send an Angel, instead of Him appearing as the Angel of the Lord.
To Abraham, He appeared with two Angels (Genesis Chapter 18).
Angels protect little children.
Angels shine, they glow, they appear in bright clothing.
Some of the Angels have wings. We have the Cherubims and Seraphims. They are special types of Angels and have eyes all around them. They say “Holy, Holy, Holy” to the Lord (Revelation Chapter 4 and Isaiah Chapter 6). They are in the inner circle of the Lord, close to where He sits on the throne.
Satan was the Angel that covereth and had wings before he fell (Ezekiel Chapter 28).
Angels are full of light; they are lights.
They can appear as men (Genesis Chapter 19).
The Angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear the Lord (Psalm 34: 7).
The Lord Jesus said He could call on twelve legions of Angels (Matthew 26: 53).
As the Lord was creating on the earth, with His infinite eyes, He could see billions of Angels as He was both in heaven and on earth at the same time.
Angels can minister to you and strengthen your physical body.
The Angel of the Lord cooked a meal for Elijah (1 Kings Chapter 19).
Angels can bring a message from God to you.
The Holy Spirit oversees the Angels.
Angels will be seen more at this end of time.
Angels rejoice when sinners repent and come to the Lord. When Angels see that people are on fire for the Lord, they begin to rejoice among the children of the Lord and causing God’s children to rejoice.
The spiritual joy of the Angels will be felt before the translation.
The Lord overshadows the Angels.
The Lord is the giver of life.
Angels put a separation between the Lord and you when He does not want to come directly to you as the Angel of the Lord. He will then send Angels to you.
Angels carry the righteous to paradise at death (Luke 16: 22).
Paul had a guardian Angel and was not affected when he was bitten by a viper (Acts Chapter 28).
Angels can fight Satan for you.
Angels can inspire you to do certain things during church service; they can inspire you to say “Holy” to the Lord Jesus.
The Lord is the Capstone Angel over all Angels.
Angels can appear as a flame. The Lord Himself appeared in the burning bush to Moses (Exodus Chapter 3).
There are 20,000 of the fiery looking Angels (Psalm 68: 17).
Elisha had chariots of fire surrounding him (2 Kings 6: 17).
There will be an increase of Angels around the people of God as we get closer to the translation.
Angels are here to comfort us at the end of time as we see more turmoil in the world, storms, famine, droughts as we get closer to the coming of the Lord.
We will see billions of infinite colors in heaven.
When we are in heaven, we will be like the Angels.
Angels guide you to the name of the Lord Jesus.
Angels are not omniscient, they are not omnipresent and they are not omnipotent as the Lord.
They are not everywhere at the same time, just like Satan is not everywhere at the same time. They must come and go. Only the Lord Jesus is everywhere at the same time.
The Lord dwells in a form of fire that no man, no Angel can approach (1 Timothy 6: 16). The Lord will appear to you and to the Angels in a form that can be seen.
Angels gather God’s people and unites them at the end.
They will throw out the net, sit down and pick out the elect of the Lord at the end of the age.
I read from Scroll # 120:
THE REVELATION OF THE ANGELS IN GOD’S KINGDOM – Ps. 99: 1, “The Lord reigneth: let the people tremble: he sitteth between the cherubims; let the earth be moved.” – “Tremendous power! – The Eternal Monarch sits in between the cherubims overshadowed by the seraphims (beautiful glowing lights). – Even His throne is shrouded in mystery, but He reveals it to us by revelation; and without spiritual insight one from the natural would never understand it!” . . . “There is much more to it than even what the prophets revealed. – But first let us consider the angels in their positions. God’s kingdom is a spiritual one, a literal government of order and authority. Each created angel has its specific task of order, authority and administration!” – “The cherubims in God’s kingdom are the guardian messengers of the Throne!” (Rev. 4:6-8) – In a moment we will reveal that they also take flight with the Lord! (Ezek. 1:13, 24-28) – “The seraphims within the Throne rank among the highest of the 9 or 10 orders of angels! – They are priestly like, who, in the Temple of Heaven, direct universal worship to the Creator!” – Isa. 6: 1-7, Verse 2, “reveals these heavenly beings cover their face and feet with wings and fly. These stand above Him!” – Evidently at times the whole view of the Throne is pulsating and moving as creative and vibrant in eternal living! . . . “There is never any weariness, tiredness or dissatisfaction; they are never bored! . . . They need no rest! (Rev. 4:8) – Neither do the seraphims or any of the angels need rest! . . . The cherubims are indeed strange little angels; they have eyes of light round about them as probably the seraphims do! . . . They are known as the burning ones! . . . It is also possible that their form changes when they move!” (Ezek. 10:9-10)
THE UNIVERSAL KINGDOM – “These angels are messengers of God in His never-ending kingdom! Probably the seraphims and cherubims have individual names known only to God. And we know of only three among the angelic order that are named; these are archangels. We have Michael, Gabriel and, of course, the fallen one, Lucifer, called the light bearer – son of the Morning! – “Now Jesus is the angel of the Lord, the greatest of Archangels, the Bright and Morning Star, creator of the angels! (St. John, chap. 1) – Read 1 Thess. 4: 16 – God, the Archangel!”
THE NATURE AND POSITION OF OTHER ANGELS – “Now angels do not die. (Luke 20: 36) – Neither do they age! The angel seen at Christ’s resurrection was called a young man, but evidently was ageless or trillions of years old! (Mark 16: 5) – Angels are not omniscient like God. They actually don’t know the exact time of the Translation until it is given! – Some angels are organized into legions! (Matt. 26: 53) – They are interested in the conversion of sinners! . . . The elect will be introduced to the angels! (Luke 12: 8) – Angels minister around Christ! . . . Angels are guardians of God’s little ones! . . . They carry righteous at death to Paradise!” (Luke 16: 22) – Angels gather together the elect at Jesus’ coming! – They sever the righteous from the wicked! . . . They execute judgment on the wicked! . . . Angels are ministering spirits to the redeemed!” (Heb. 1: 14) – “One other thing, the heavenly angels do not marry. (Matt. 22: 30)
I read from Scroll # 154:
WHAT ABOUT THE ANGELS? – “They are a fascinating part of God’s kingdom and they do their duties well! They are the princes of heaven who stand before God! They are also ministering spirits to those who are heirs of salvation!” – Rev. 5: 11, “implies that there are hundreds of millions of angels! . . . Angels are immortal and they do not die! (Luke 20: 36) – Angels are spoken of in the masculine gender! . . . They are said to be innumerable!” (Heb. 12: 22) – “There are different types and various orders of angels! Perhaps we can write more on this in a moment! . . . But right now the reason the spirit is revealing this is because of the nature of the coming of world events and crises, more angels are going to intervene and be dispersed upon the earth! Because the Lord is going to raise up a standard against
satan’s onslaught and protect God’s children preparing the translation!’
DIVINE PROVIDENCE – “Angels will have a direct hand in uniting and gathering the elect! The lives of Christians would be in serious jeopardy if angels were not watching over them!” (Ps. 91: 11-12) – “People often see their lights coming and going in the heavens, but they can not explain it!” – “It is a warning to us that this is the end of the age! – World crisis . . . my feeling is that the future is pointing to radical changes in the climate! And because of the over population of the earth, famines and etc., it will lead to political – economical upheaval and international violence and will be almost beyond human comprehension!” – “Then finally a world dictator will rise to power through revolutions and etc., promising the people a solution! A fantasy world that works briefly then fails!” – “At this time certain angels will be present as guardians to the elect! And also just before the translation a multitude of angels will be working with the Lord’s people! Because just before the rising of the anti-christ angels will even be seen more often; their activity is ceaseless! Though you may not see them often, they are all around! Angels possess a superior intelligence and bring messages to God’s people concerning the future! – Much of what happened to the Old Testament prophets will occur around God’s people just before the coming of the Lord Jesus!”
THE FUTURE – “The earth is about to be visited by tremendous storms and some of the world’s greatest quakes will strike! There will be so much destruction that it will look like an Atomic weapon did the destroying! But it will be the hand of nature releasing enormous energy, because the people have rejected the only true God!” – “When divine judgment was about to fall on Sodom and Gomorrah two angels appeared to Lot at evening time (depicting our end of the age) to warn his family, and escape from the city before its overthrow!” (Gen. 19:1) – “Also many times during these great turmoils of nature the angels protect those who are to live, and they also know those who are going to die! – In the future great crime waves are going to sweep our cities, and many good people would die if it were not for the guardian angels!”
THE GUARDIAN ANGELS – “The Scriptures teach a guardian angel watches over each human being that is born into this world!” (Matt. 18: 10) – “When Hagar and Ishmael thought they were all alone and would perish in the wilderness the watching angel talked to them and said they would not die!” (Gen. 21: 17-19) – “Also the angels of God met Jacob at Bethel, and from that hour he became a changed man! (Gen. 28: 10-22) – Even in our age when a man has an important ministry, besides the other angels at work, he is given a special angel to guide that ministry! . . . The angel of the Lord appeared unto Moses and chose him to lead the children of Israel!” (Ex. 3: 2-12)
ANGELIC INSIGHT – “As far back as the Garden of Eden angels are mentioned! In Eden they guarded the way of the Tree of Life! (Gen. 3: 24) – It mentions the cherubims and a flaming sword which turned in every way! – A sword that turns in every direction is a sharp wheel! This sounds exactly like the angels who appeared in Ezek. 1: 13-14, who ran and returned as the appearance of a flash of lightning!” Ezek. 10: 3-4, 9 calls them the cherubims!” – “There are different orders of angels including seraphims, cherubims, archangels and guardian angels and etc.!”
THE BIBLE speaks of three archangels by name! Michael, the most mysterious called the chief prince, who stands for Daniel’s people (Israel)! At the time of the Great Tribulation he will fight for Israel and bring deliverance to them!” – According to Dan. 12: 1-2, it appears Michael has something to do with the resurrection of the dead! Jude 1: 9, reveals that Michael is way too much for satan to handle, and Michael blows him back concerning the elect body of Moses!” – “Another archangel is Gabriel! . . . He is mentioned by name four times! He ranks high in the angelic order! Seemingly he is the angel of time and change! He explained to Daniel many important visions! (Dan. 8: 15-17) – He appeared to Daniel concerning the famous 70th week prophecy, which told the exact time that the Messiah was coming! (Dan. 9:20-27) – Gabriel is also the time angel who appeared to Mary concerning Jesus’ birth! (Luke 1:26-31) – And just before this he appeared to Zacharias concerning the forerunner, John! In Vr. 19 the archangel simply said, I am Gabriel, that stands in the presence of God! . . . This tells us that he stands next to the Almighty and is an important messenger!” – Now the third angel is Lucifer, “the fallen one!’ “ – Through rebellion he fell from heaven! You might say he coveted the position of Christ, who in fact is the very angel of the Lord! And the only one who can give us eternal salvation!” – “Evidently there are many more important angels, but the Bible is silent on their names!”
THE ANGELS FLIGHT – “The movement of angels is remarkable! In an instant they can appear from heaven before us or from one part of the Universe to the other without passing through the rest of it!” – “To understand these supernatural appearances we would have to compare them with thought! . . . That they did in fact travel as the speed of thought from one place to another! They are absolutely marvelous creatures created by the Most High!”
THE ANGELS’ DUTY – “Is it a fact that certain angels carry the righteous into heaven at death? – Yes! – Let us prove it! . . . We have heard often times that people at death have seen angels around their bed and they were going to carry them into heaven! – In fact just before Stephen was martyed his face looked like the face of an angel!” (Acts 6:15) – “Also at Jesus resurrection angels were seen! And for a divine purpose two men dressed in white were with Jesus when He went away (Acts 1:9-11) – “But here is a good Scriptural viewpoint of this subject! . . . Jesus revealed in a parable that the rich man died and descended into the region of darkness! No angels carried him! But it came to pass that Lazarus, the beggar, died and was carried ‘by the angels’ into Abraham’s bosom!” (Luke 16:22-23)
ANGELS AND THE ELECT – “Men have often wondered when their bodies are glorified and changed how will they rank with the angels? – In the world to come, the righteous are equal to angels! (Luke 20: 36) – In some respects and ways the redeemed will excel angels; for the overcomers will be the ‘very bride’ of Christ! – A privilege which is not given to angels! There is no higher position for created beings than those in the Bride of Christ!” (Rev. 19: 7 – 9)
DESCRIPTIONS – “Probably we will not know all the orders, positions and ranks of angels and their duties until after the Translation!” – “Let us explain a couple of more types! Isa. 6: 1-8, the seraphims are described as having three pairs (six) of wings! They use the wings for various purposes! To cover themselves, and as it states, to fly!” – “Rev. 4:6-8, the cherubims (and they are called the living creatures) they have three pairs (six) of wings, they are messengers given certain responsibilities in guarding the throne of God!” – Ezek. 10:1, 22 and Chap. 1, “These different types of angels can appear in beautiful colors! Living colors of blue, amber, deep orange, fiery red and pure white changing into dark blues!” – “Ezekiel saw some that were like unto rainbows! . . . They have been called the stones of fire and the burning ones who come from the presence of God!” – “And as I said before, many angels will be sent to help God’s people and to direct the end time future! – So much will be occuring on the earth, the angels will be well occupied! – And the Holy Spirit is overshadowing all of this as He walks among His people in the Lord Jesus!”
I read from Scroll # 43:
THE CHOSEN NAME – GOD FOREKNEW US BEFORE THE FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD! (Rev. 17: 8) In (Rev. 2: 17) – It reads God will give His Elect a white stone and in the stone a “new name already written!” And only you will know the name. Hundreds of Scriptures can bare this out but it proves God foreknew His Elect and gave him a heavenly name hidden from the beginning. And then upon the earth he was given an earthly name (Rev. 2: 17) shows that he will we given the original name also. This definitely shows that He knows each of His Elect as personal as He does “Gabriel” His archangel! And brothers and sisters that makes His Elect an important class of all ages! He loves us and imprinted it in stone! (Eph. 1: 4) We were chosen in Him before the world!
In the sermon, I said:
Angels are part of the Holy Spirit just like the elect spirits (you are body, soul and spirit) are part of God. It means Angels are similar to us. They have eternal life as they do not die just like we have eternal life now through salvation and when our bodies are glorified at the time of translation, we will also live for eternity with the Lord. We will be like the Angels.
Angels are lights – just like we will be lights when we are glorified.
Angels were created to minister to us who have salvation. Hebrews 1: 14: “Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?”
Angels are with us during church service where the true word of God is being preached. They inspire you to agree in your heart with what is being preached. The Lord Jesus is also with us during church service. Matthew 18: 20: “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”
Angels rejoice with us during church service and they cause God’s children to also rejoice. The Lord also rejoices with us during church service. Zephaniah 3: 17: “The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.”
Isaiah 6: 3: “And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.” It means that there is no place on this earth where the glory of the Lord is not there. It also means the Lord’s angels are everywhere on earth. The Lord overshadows His angels.
The Lord Jesus is the Angel of the Lord. Wherever His angels are, the Lord is there with them. The Lord Himself can appear as billions of angels. He is infinite and He can do whatever He wants.
There are angels that carry the righteous to the third heaven (paradise) at death. Luke 16: 22: “And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried”.
There will also be angels with us at the time of translation.
You have a guardian angel with you at all times. Also, the Lord Jesus Himself is with you at all times as the Angel of the Lord. Psalm 34: 7: “The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.”
Luke 1: 19: “And the angel answering said unto him, I am Gabriel, that stand in the presence of God; and am sent to speak unto thee, and to shew thee these glad tidings.” Angel Gabriel was talking to Zacharias and told him where he normally dwells – he stands “in the presence of God”.
Angel Gabriel dwells in the presence of God, and yet the Lord knows each of us “as personal as He does “Gabriel” His archangel!”

We listened to a sermon titled “Resting Soul”, CD # 1224, preached by Brother Neal Frisby on 8/28/88 (AM).
In the sermon, Brother Frisby said:
A special rest, never seen before, will come to the children of the Lord just before the translation.
Hebrews 4: 1, 9: “Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.” “There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.”
There is a spiritual rest in the soul. You will have the rest by believing God’s word, resting on His guidance and you receive it by faith.
Jesus is the body, soul and Spirit of God.
Let the Spirit of God quiet the soul.
Let not your heart be troubled.
They did not enter into His rest because of their unbelief.
Hebrews 3: 19: “So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.”
There cannot be a rest in alcohol or in any other drug.
Joy from your soul goes into the Spirit of God.
Pray in the Spirit (that is, praying in tongues) and it can give you a moment of rest.
When you give rest to your soul, it reaches into the Spirit of God.
The glorified body and soul, joined with the Spirit of God, goes into eternal life.
Brother Frisby then had a prayer and testimony line.
I started the sermon:
Each one of us is made up of body, soul and spirit.
1 Thessalonians 5: 23: “And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
Hebrews 4: 12: “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”
The body is what we see every day. It is the body that goes to work, watches TV, goes to buy food, drives a car, looks at himself or herself in the mirror and does every activity of the day.
We see our bodies, but inside each body is the person’s soul and that person’s spirit.
Each one of us has his or her own soul.
Mark 8: 36 – 37: “For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?”
You notice it says “his own soul”. Your soul is unique to you. Your soul is different from any other person’s soul. That is why you should not let what someone else does affect you.
Luke 12: 16 – 21: “And he spake a parable unto them, saying, The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully: And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits? And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods. And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry. But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided? So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.”
God told this rich man: “this night thy soul shall be required of thee”.
Psalm 19: 7: “The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.”
It says the law of the Lord is perfect, “converting the soul”. It is the soul that is converted for you to receive salvation. You have true salvation because you have believed the gospel with your heart. You will then find rest unto your soul.
Romans 10: 10: “For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
Matthew 11: 28 – 30: “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
With true salvation, you will find rest unto your soul and the Lord will also give rest to your body.
John 3: 8: “The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.”
It shows being born again is a work of the Holy Spirit. The Lord speaks to the soul and converts it.
In heaven, there will be people from every tongue and nation.
Revelation 5: 9: “And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation”.
It shows you can witness to anyone in that person’s language and the Lord can convert that soul.
A true heartfelt salvation is in the soul.
Psalm 103: 1-3: “BLESS the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases”.
With true salvation to the soul, you are now a new creature in the Lord Jesus.
2 Corinthians 5: 17: “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”
The burden of sin is lifted because you have received forgiveness from the Lord. There is now peace to the soul.
You will not continue in sin because you are now a new creature in the Lord.
Romans 6: 1-2: “What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?”
The real you (your soul and spirit) is inside of your body.
Ecclesiastes 12: 7: “Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.”
At the time of death, your soul and your spirit become one and leave your body and your body returns to the earth.
In some Scriptures, it will say the soul left the body or the spirit left the body. The soul and spirit had become one and left the body.
1 Kings 17: 21 – 22: “And he stretched himself upon the child three times, and cried unto the LORD, and said, O LORD my God, I pray thee, let this child’s soul come into him again. And the LORD heard the voice of Elijah; and the soul of the child came into him again, and he revived.”
In this Scripture, Elijah asked the Lord to return the boy’s soul back to his body.
Another example is when Rachel died while giving birth to Benjamin.
Genesis 35: 16 – 19: “And they journeyed from Bethel; and there was but a little way to come to Ephrath: and Rachel travailed, and she had hard labour. And it came to pass, when she was in hard labour, that the midwife said unto her, Fear not; thou shalt have this son also. And it came to pass, as her soul was in departing, (for she died) that she called his name Benoni: but his father called him Benjamin. And Rachel died, and was buried in the way to Ephrath, which is called Bethlehem.”
This Scripture says “her soul was in departing, (for she died)”. Her soul departed from her body.
In Luke Chapter 8, we read about the daughter of a man named Jairus. Verses 41 – 42: “And, behold, there came a man named Jairus, and he was a ruler of the synagogue: and he fell down at Jesus’ feet, and besought him that he would come into his house: For he had one only daughter, about twelve years of age, and she lay a dying. But as he went the people thronged him.” Verse 49: “While he yet spake, there cometh one from the ruler of the synagogue’s house, saying to him, Thy daughter is dead; trouble not the Master.” Verses 54 – 55: “And he put them all out, and took her by the hand, and called saying, Maid, arise. And her spirit came again, and she arose straightway: and he commanded to give her meat.”
In this Scripture, it says the spirit of the girl came back and she, who was dead, was now alive.
The above Scriptures show that there is more to each one of us than just the body that we see.
Each day, we should set our affection on things of heaven.
Colossians 3: 2: “Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.”
This Scripture states we should set our affection on things above. We should not set our affection on things on the earth.
We have talked about the body and about the soul. Let us now talk about the spirit.
We read from Scroll # 43:
THE ELECT SPIRITS WHICH WERE PART OF GOD, BEFORE THE ELECT BODY WAS CREATED – The real you (the spiritual part) was with God before it was appointed a body upon the earth through seed. There is a fleshly seed and a spiritual seed which was united! The real eternal spirit which God gives His saints had no beginning and has no end and is like unto God! That is why after death our body is changed into the inner immortal spirit, that is why it is called eternal life, it always was and always will be with God! And He breathed it into each of us (Gen. 2: 7) “Behold saith the Lord do ye not know this Scripture? Ye were with Me when the Morning Stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy!” (Job 38: 6,7). Our flesh body came upon earth by birth uniting with His spirit which was always with Him! And when we repent (salvation) we keep this spirit in order to always live with Him!! Read (Isa. 1:9 – Eph. 1:4) (Satan’s seed is a group, also the Lord has created a place for them.)
THE BODY, SOUL AND SPIRIT – (When the spirit leaves the body, the soul and spirit become one) The body carries the soul and the eternal spirit (Gift of deity) ignites the soul body with life, and it becomes a “living personality” of the spirit! The body (flesh) often warring against “the spirit soul” which is the real you! The elect body will be changed uniting soul and spirit together, (becoming Glorified) Then all three stages of body, soul and spirit blend as “one” The same as the Father, Son and Holy Ghost united together as “One” (marvelous!) (Read – I Cor. 15: 40-44). (The soul is the personality connected to The Spirit)
I continued the sermon:
For every child of God, your spirit was part of God before it came into your body. It is a gift from God and it is this Spirit of God that gives you eternal life. A part of the eternal God is in you.
It says: “The real eternal spirit which God gives His saints had no beginning and has no end and is like unto God!” Your spirit “always was and always will be with God!” When we repent, when our soul becomes converted, “we keep this spirit in order to always live with Him”.
It says: “When the spirit leaves the body, the soul and spirit become one”. It also says, “The body carries the soul and the eternal spirit (Gift of deity) ignites the soul body with life, and it becomes a “living personality” of the spirit!” At the time of translation, “The elect body will be changed uniting soul and spirit together, (becoming Glorified)”. Then all three stages of your body, soul and spirit will blend as “one”.
Romans 8: 9 – 11: “But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.”
That is why a child of God does not need to be afraid of death. Your soul and spirit simply leave your body to be with the Lord in the third heaven (2 Corinthians 12: 1 – 4).
The Lord Jesus is your resurrection and your life. John 11: 23 – 26: “Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again. Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day. Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believeth thou this?”
The Lord set up an eternal plan wherein He had himself slain from the foundation of the world.
Revelation 13: 8: “And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.”
Ephesians 1: 4: “According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love”.
The Lord knew sin would come to the people He would create on the earth. He prepared for it by being “slain from the foundation of the world.” He was slain for our sins before anyone of us was born.
He then came and fulfilled this eternal plan. Isaiah 9: 6 tells us that the Almighty God would be coming. It states: “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.” Matthew 1: 21 tells us what the name of God would be. It states: “And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.”
Colossians 3: 4: “When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.”
The eternal God, our Lord Jesus Christ, is the life of the elect body because it refers to Him as being “our” life. When He, who is our life, shall appear in the translation, all of those who have come to true salvation throughout the whole earth will also appear with Him in glorified bodies.
Romans 11: 33 – 36: “O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out! For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor? Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again? For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.”

We listened to a sermon titled “Overlooked”, CD # 1019, preached by Brother Neal Frisby on 8/26/84 (AM).
In the sermon, Brother Frisby said:
When you talk about Jesus, about the goodness of the Lord, when you witness, it gives you more confidence, you are more accomplished in this life, you will be blessed.
Don’t be like the world.
Faith is what leads you to the word of God which leads you to eternal life.
Jesus has given us the joy of the Lord.
The cares of this life prevent Christians from having the joy of the Lord.
Inflation will steal your victory. Don’t let inflation steal the joy of the Lord.
Prepare your heart; don’t lose your joy in the Lord.
The joy of the Lord is connected to your faith.
Let the Lord lead your life.
Don’t let Satan steal your joy. Satan takes the word of God and sows tears.
Have compassion on others.
Anyone that is in the Lord is a new creature.
Isaiah 12: 3: “Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.”
Say in your heart that you have the answer, that you have the joy of the Lord.
Psalm 16: 11: “Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.”
The path of life will give you fulness of joy and it will give you divine love and faith.
For God is love (1 John 4: 8) and you have joy.
Don’t be ignorant of God’s promises.
Satan cannot stand anyone having the joy of the Lord.
The joy of the Lord will give healing to your body, health to your body.
The joy of the Lord will help you to understand the word of God.
The great revival coming at this end of time will come with the joy of the Lord.
Satan is fighting everything that you gain from the Lord, but the joy of the Lord will stop him.
Be happy in the Lord no matter what others around you do.
The joy of the Lord gives energy and enthusiasm to the brain and heart.
The joy of the Lord gives you a positive outlook, it gives faith, it makes your salvation more valuable.
The best things in this life are already in you and you must believe it.
You have the fountain of life and you have the fountain of youth because these come from the Lord Jesus.
Within you is a measure of faith; within you is a measure of joy; within you is a measure of peace.
The things that you desire, believe that you have them.
Spiritual joy works with the physical joy and can bubble into a spiritual river.
Jesus said my peace I leave with you (John 14: 27).
It is the will of God that you should be in good health, that you should be healed, that you should have the joy of the Lord.
Jesus is the best friend that you have. It is as if you have known Him for ever. He will be new to you every day. You will not wear out on Him.
When you are glorified, you will be automatically drawn to Him. He will be the greatest sweetheart to you. You will be like old true friends. Our spiritual part has known Him from eternity because He has known us from eternity.
I started the sermon:
Nehemiah 8: 10 states: “for the joy of the LORD is your strength”.
It says “the joy of the LORD”. The Lord is the author – and not you, of this joy. Through salvation, the Lord’s joy now becomes your joy. This joy is now your strength.
The joy of the Lord is eternal – because it is the joy of the Lord who is eternal. The Devil cannot overcome the joy of the Lord that is in us. Indeed, nothing can separate us from this joy (or love) of the Lord.
When we walk in the joy of the Lord, we are walking in His presence. Psalm 91: 1: “He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.” He that dwelleth in the secret place (that is, in the praises and joy) of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
Psalm 21: 1: “THE king shall joy in thy strength, O Lord; and in thy salvation how greatly shall he rejoice!” In the Lord’s salvation, we greatly rejoice.
We have the power of the Lord to overcome anything that will try to steal the joy of the Lord that is in us.
Matthew 28: 18: “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.”
We now have this power. Matthew 17: 20 states: “and nothing shall be impossible unto you.”
Do not let anything in your past, anything in your present or anything in your future take away your joy.
Do not let Satan tell you about your past. Do not let Satan tell you that the sins from your past are still with you.
Rather, tell the Devil what Psalm 103: 3 says: “Who forgiveth all thine iniquities”. All of your sins, all of my sins, are forgiven – not some, but all of our sins. Tell the Devil what Colossians 1: 14 says: “In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins”. We now have redemption through the blood of our Lord Jesus; we have the forgiveness of our sins.
Do not let what anyone else may be doing take away your joy. It does not matter what your son, daughter, grand-child, co-worker, friend or anyone else may be doing. Rather, pray for such a person, but don’t let their actions take away your joy in the Lord.
Do not let the cares of this life affect you.
Matthew 6: 31 -32: “Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.” No matter your need in this life, the Lord God knows what it is and He will supply it. Philippians 4: 19 states: “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”
Do not let anything that may come up in your future disturb you. Do not let the fear of how any of your family members will survive, should in case anything were to happen to you, affect your joy in the Lord. Do not let your thought of what may happen to your material wealth in the future affect you.
In Luke 16: 19 – 31, the Lord Jesus told us about the rich man and Lazarus. The rich man did not come to salvation. Once he passed from this life, his concern was not for the material wealth of his five brothers. Rather, he was concerned with their salvation. He did not want them to come and join him in hell. The Lord is telling us that once someone, who did not come to salvation, passes from this life, that person is no longer interested in anything of this world for those that he/she left behind. Rather, that person is now concerned for their salvation and does not want them joining him or her in hell. It shows the importance of witnessing to others of what the Lord Jesus did on the cross for all of us.
Mark 8: 36 – 37: “For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” We are not talking of the number of houses or the amount of wealth you may acquire. We are talking of you acquiring the whole world. Of what benefit is it to acquire the whole world and lose your soul?
Philippians 4: 4 – 7: “Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice. Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Do not be anxious for anything – whatever it may be. Rather, pray about it with thanksgiving and leave it by faith in God’s hands. He will meet every need that you have. He will also give peace to your soul.
Praying in tongues: When you pray in tongues, the Lord will help you pray about things that you know nothing about that can steal your joy. Romans 8: 26 – 28: “Likewise the Sprit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” The only way you can pray for everything that you should pray for is when you also pray in tongues. It says: “for we know not what we should pray for as we ought”. You have taken care of some of those things that could steal your joy when you prayed in the holy Ghost. All things will now work together for good to you.
There is also joy in heaven. Luke 15: 7: “I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.” Luke 15: 10: “Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.”
Zephaniah 3: 17: “The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.”
The Lord God is among us and He is mighty. He will save souls as we witness. He will keep us in His peace. This Scripture states: “he will rejoice over thee with joy”; “he will joy over thee with singing.” It shows that the Lord rejoices over us with joy. It shows that the Lord sings and He sings over us with joy. The joy that the Lord has when He rejoices, when He sings, is the same joy that He has given to us – the joy of the Lord. We can relate to Him and He can relate to us. This joy of the Lord is eternal.

Scroll # 154: ANGELS AND THE ELECT – “Men have often wondered when their bodies are glorified and changed how will they rank with the angels? – In the world to come, the righteous are equal to angels! (Luke 20: 36) – In some respects and ways the redeemed will excel angels; for the overcomers will be the ‘very bride’ of Christ! – A privilege which is not given to angels! There is no higher position for created beings than those in the Bride of Christ!” (Rev. 19: 7 – 9)
I continued the sermon:
This Scroll says: “In some respects and ways the redeemed will excel angels; for the overcomers will be the ‘very bride’ of Christ! – A privilege which is not given to angels!” Through salvation, we are now the ‘very bride’ of Christ – something the angels do not have. It shows the eternal value of the most High becoming a human being and giving up His very life, His entire being, for us. That is a love that is unmatched anywhere. We will have the most to be thankful for in heaven. In effect, what the Lord is doing now is setting up those who will be the highest group in heaven. Do not let anything that you may go through now disturb you. Knowing in your heart that you will be part of the highest group in heaven will, on its own, give joy to your heart. Oh, the joy of the Lord.
What are some of the things that the Lord Jesus has created? I then read from Scroll # 244:
BEAUTIFUL CITIES – Jesus, you are more than this who created all the beauty around us and the awesome heavens, universes and stars! One day beside the Holy City we will see beautiful cities and places of such wonder of thy creation!
Besides the stars and heavens you have created magnificent things that we have not seen! “Beautiful colors of icy wonder like, of spiritual fires and lights of such beauty, and creatures likewise of such formation that we will be amazed and startled by such a creator of so many more things that can not be mentioned and are without number! Such glorious spiritual colors never seen or beheld by man’s eyes!” Surely and definitely many marvelous mysteries await us that love Him! Literally more than trillions of creations will He unveil to His chosen! – After this was revealed to me I wondered how to unveil it and then I remembered God’s Word that could have to do with the millennium. (Luke 19: 16-19) But also may involve what was told. Nevertheless the elect are in for many surprises that eye hath not seen!
I continued the sermon:
Among these trillions of creations of God are creatures of such formation that we have no idea about. Not only are we going to be higher than Angels, we will also be higher than any other creature of God because “There is no higher position for created beings than those in the Bride of Christ!”
When the translation takes place and we see our Lord Jesus, we cannot now imagine the extent of joy we will have. Our bodies will be glorified and they will be eternal. 2 Corinthians 5: 1: “For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.”
In our eternal bodies, when we look at the Lord Jesus, we will be looking at eternal life. When He looks at us, He will be looking at eternal life. We will be like Him.
1 John 3: 2: “Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.” He will be our friend for eternity.
There is a hymn that says: “What A Friend We Have In Jesus”. In your heart, you can say: “What An Eternal Friend We Have In Jesus.”
