Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, September 19, 2021

Introduction:  Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, September 19, 2021

This sermon talks about the fact that there is a place called Paradise.

“It is real beyond any dream you may have.”

“The book of Revelation did not describe all of the secrets and things about Paradise, for it is saved to be revealed to His chosen people!”

Revelation 21: 2:  “And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven”.  Revelation 21: 3:  “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them”.

The holy city is our eternal home with God.  It must be eternal for us to dwell in it for eternity – and that is why it is coming from God.

Revelation 21: 22:  “And I saw no temple therein”.

In this eternal city, you will not find a Temple for the eternal God, our Lord Jesus Christ, is the Temple of it.  The eternal city is the very presence of the Lord God Almighty.

The translation will be taking place soon.  It means we will soon be residing permanently for eternity with Him that is our Lord God and Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ.

You will be blessed.

Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, September 19, 2021

We listened to a sermon titled “The Place – Paradise”, CD # 1143, preached by Brother Neal Frisby on 2/15/87 (PM).

In the sermon, Brother Frisby said:

There is a place called Paradise.  It is real beyond any dream you may have.

It is God’s abode.  It is where the people that love God will go.

The spiritual benefits of heaven outweigh all of the things on this earth.

Apostle Paul talked about being caught up into Paradise, into the third heaven.

There are different sections of Paradise:  there is the third heaven (2 Corinthians 12: 1 – 4); there is the holy city, new Jerusalem (Revelation 21: 2); there are mansions (John 14: 2 – 4); there is The Midst of the Paradise of God (Revelation 2: 7).

When you pass on, you are in a section of Paradise – the third heaven.

Man is always searching for something to worship; God put it within him.

It is within man to want to worship.  If you do not find the Lord, it will be cults, idols, false religion, tradition, a philosophy, but we have the true word of God.

Man is always searching in the heart for a place to live; a type of unrest in man.  This is a way of God letting man know that He has our final resting place; where you will never desire another place.

Jesus symbolized this search for a place to live in Matthew 8: 20:  “And Jesus saith unto him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.”

The Lord stepped into our time zone from eternity.  He was showing that His home is in heaven.

Your spirit is yearning for Paradise.  Those that believe the Lord Jesus will also have their home in heaven.

When you are changed into the glorified body, you will have spiritual eyes to see the significance of the holy city; you will see dimensions that you cannot see in this world.

Your resting place is coming.

Paradise, what a place; it is real; God has a special place for you.

If you believe that you have a heavenly home, it will create joy in you.

No matter how poor you are on this earth, you who believes will have a treasure waiting for you in heaven.  God has a special place for you.

The Lord does not forget you.  He knows everything; He has a place for you; He knew about you before you came to this earth.

We are on a journey on this earth, we are on a trail, there is a place prepared for you.

Since Adam, man has been on a journey for this place.

The place you are searching for is in heaven.

This is in the heart, the very core, of the word of God.

We are racing towards this place; we are racing towards God.

You have a treasure waiting for you.  I Corinthians 2: 9:  “But as it is written, EYE HATH NOT SEEN, NOR EAR HEARD, NEITHER HAVE ENTERED INTO THE HEART OF MAN, THE THINGS WHICH GOD HATH PREPARED FOR THEM THAT LOVE HIM.”

No matter how poor you are, you have a treasure awaiting you in heaven that the richest man on this earth cannot buy.

You will have a sparkling mansion, which is different from the holy city.

The richest man on this earth does not have enough wealth to buy an inch of the mansion that awaits you.

Jesus is the builder of that city.

Ignore the cares of this world; rather, daily think about heaven.

In Revelation chapter 21, John saw some sections of Paradise.

The holy city expands into the immortals of God.

Luke 16: 9:  “And I say unto you, Make to yourselves friends of the mammon of unrighteousness; that, when ye fail, they may receive you into everlasting habitations.”

It means those that you have helped bring to salvation, friends that you have helped save, when you fail (that is, when you leave this earth), they will welcome you to heaven, they will welcome you into everlasting habitations.  It shows the importance of witnessing, winning souls, praying for souls.  You might have just done something that helped bring in souls to the Lord.

Luke 16:  19 – 31 tells us about the rich man and Lazarus.  It mentions Lazarus was carried by the angels after death into Abraham’s bosom which represented Paradise at that time.  The Lord has now moved it higher.  The rich man, who did not come to the Lord while he was alive, also died; he went to hell.

Both the rich man and Lazarus were in reality.  They could taste, see and feel.

When the Lord gives you your place in Paradise, no one can take it from you; it is yours throughout eternity.

Luke 23: 42 – 43:  The thief on the cross “said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom.  And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, to day shalt thou be with me in paradise.”

The Lord was after the soul; He was still saving a soul at His last breath.

God has prepared a place for you.

The Lord will carry you away in the arms of Angels.

This is a time of rejoicing; what a place – Paradise; what a reality.

It is a prepared place; there are many mansions in Paradise.

John 14: 2 – 3:  “In my Father’s house are many mansions:  if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.”

The holy city is coming from God, it is racing out of eternity (Revelation 21: 2).

Revelation 2: 7:  “He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.”

This is a section of Paradise called The Midst of the Paradise of God.

The Lord Jesus is the Tree of Life.

Revelation 2: 17:  “He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.”

The Lord will give you a heavenly name which He had reserved for you before you came to this earth.

John 10: 27:  “My sheep hear my voice”.

Revelation 22: 14:  “Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.”

You will have the right to enter into the holy city, all those who know the Lord Jesus as their Lord and Saviour.

You will never age again beyond the age that He gives your immortal body;  you will be a vibrant person.

Mark 16: 5:  “And entering into the sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white garment; and they were affrighted.”

This Angel was probably millions or trillions of years old, and yet, he was described as a young man.

Matthew 5: 12:  “Rejoice, and be exceeding glad:  for great is your reward in heaven”.

What you have waiting for you in heaven is beyond what you can imagine.

Luke 10: 20:  “Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.”

Paradise is a place of many mansions; it is beyond any dream you may have.

The searching, the restlessness, that is in you is to show you that God has your place in heaven.

The translation will take place soon.

Once you give your life to the Lord Jesus, you have shaken hands with eternity.

I started the sermon.

I read from Special Writing # 136:

PARADISE – GOD’S WISDOM

“We have been writing about God’s heavens and His beautiful creation.  And Jesus said rejoice, that your name is written in heaven!  Someday soon He will carry His elect away and we will understand all about His secrets and wonderful mysterious works! – We believe the Lord is coming soon in our generation! – You won’t see an announcement before hand in the newspaper, radio or television.  They can broadcast the weather report and storms on the radio and television, but this will be a surprise! . . . Jesus has already told us, watch therefore, be ye also ready, for He will come in an hour that you think not!” (Matt. 24: 42-44) – “But He is and will reveal the season to the ones who are spiritually awake!”

“Let us discuss the different sections of Paradise.  For there are many mysteries and secrets concerning the place of the saints! . . . We know the apostle Paul was caught up into the third heaven; and he saw the most amazing things in this section of Paradise!  And he was actually forbidden to tell all he had seen! – It was so marvelous, evidently the Lord did not want Satan or the world to know anything about this particular area!  The Scriptures say, Paradise, a place of many mansions!  And it is prepared by the hands of the Lord Jesus himself!”  (Luke 16: 22) “Lazarus suffered many things, but at death he went to Paradise! – You know according to the Scriptures there is a section of Paradise for those who have gone on beforehand and are in a waiting place! – When a person dies they are immediately in the presence of the Lord! (Eccl. 12: 7 – II Cor. 5: 8)

Angels carry the righteous at death to Paradise! (Luke 16: 22) – The repentant thief found a place in Paradise with Jesus . . . Verily I say unto thee, today shalt thou be with me in Paradise! (Luke 23: 43) – Also the Tree of life is in the section of Paradise called, The Midst of Paradise of God!” (Rev. 2: 7) – “The obedient to enter the gates of the city of Paradise!”  (Rev. 22: 14)  “So we see in another section of Paradise is a beautiful Holy city! – One can hardly describe the magnificent splendor within its walls of living glory.  Colorful beyond our imagination!  Sparkling and glowing place prepared of God’s wisdom! – You know at last the people of God will feel right at home!”

“The book of Revelation did not describe all of the secrets and things about Paradise, for it is saved to be revealed to His chosen people!  And my, what a revelation they will receive.  The Scriptures say, it has not entered into the heart and thoughts of man what he has prepared for those who love Him!”

“A question often asked is, Will we recognize our loved ones there? – Yes, Paul said, But then shall I know even as also I am known!”  (I Cor. 13: 12) – “And certainly we will definitely recognize Jesus! – So we see right now is our hour to witness and to win as many souls to Jesus as we can!  For there are special rewards for those who do all they can to help others to receive salvation! – And this one thing we know the angels are definitely busy separating the righteous from the world!”  (Matt. 13: 49) – “And we are entering the midst of more restoration as He will absolutely prepare us for translation!”

“Also we might say in due time God will reveal to His saints what He has in other parts of the Universe that has been hidden from view.  Surely many parts of it is inhabited by some type of life and so forth, and after the translation He will reveal to His elect their duty and the rest of His plans for the ages into the eternities! – Rejoice that you know and understand these things and be prepared in your heart to be ready at all times!”

I continued with the Sermon:

Hebrews 11: 13 -16: “These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.  For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country.  And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned.  But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.”

It shows from the Old Testament the people of God had been longing for this heavenly city.  They knew they have a home in heaven; they knew that they were just passing through this earth.  They knew “that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.”

They desired “a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.”

Revelation 21: 2 – 3:  “And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.  And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.”

This heavenly city is referred to as “the holy city”.  It means there is no other place throughout the entire Universe of God’s creation that can be compared to this place of His abode with us.

You will notice it also states that the holy city, new Jerusalem, is “coming down from God out of heaven”.  It is originating from the eternal God; it is not coming from somewhere else.

This city must be eternal for us to dwell in it for eternity – and that is why it has to come from God.

It states:  “the tabernacle of God is with men”.  It means the abode of the Lord God Almighty is now with men in this holy city, “and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.”

Psalm 100: 4:  “Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise:  be thankful unto him, and bless his name.”

Revelation 21: 22 – 23:  “And I saw no temple therein:  for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.  And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it:  for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.”

While you reside on earth, you can enter into the gates and into the courts of the Temple of the Lord in heaven with thanksgiving and with praise.

However, when you reside in this eternal city, you will not find a Temple for the eternal God, our Lord Jesus Christ, is the Temple of it – “And I saw no temple therein”.

The eternal city is the very presence of the Lord God Almighty.

We will have no need of the light of the sun or of the moon in our eternal home.   The glory of our Lord God will provide all of the brightness that we need for eternity.

Revelation 22: 5:  “And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light:  and they shall reign for ever and ever.”

Our Lord God is the light of this eternal city.

This holy city is the abode of God.  It is also the abode of the children of the Lord.  Our faith in His salvation that He paid the price for our sins on the cross, has been counted unto us for righteousness.

Let the thought of your heavenly home occupy your mind.

Colossians 3: 2:  “Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.”

When you set your affection on things above, when you do not let the things of this earth bother you, you will have the peace of God in your soul; you will have the joy of the Lord; you will rejoice in the Lord.

Philippians 4: 4:  “Rejoice in the Lord alway:  and again I say, Rejoice.”

We thank God that the translation will be taking place soon.  It means we will soon be residing permanently in our eternal home with Him that is our Lord God and Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ.

Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, September 5, 2021

Introduction:  Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, September 5, 2021

This sermon talks about the fact that all Scriptures are based on who the Lord God is.

Without believing who He is, we will not have the faith for translation.

Hebrews 11: 5:  “By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him:  for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.”

The type of faith that Enoch had that made it possible for him to be translated is in the next verse.

Hebrews 11: 6:  “But without faith it is impossible to please him:  for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”

In order for you to believe who the Lord is, you must believe Isaiah 9: 6 which describes the Lord Jesus as “The mighty God”.

You must believe that no God was formed before the Lord Jesus and no God shall be formed after Him because He is the eternal God (Isaiah 43: 10 – 11).

You must believe Isaiah 65: 24 which states:  “And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.”

You must believe that because of your salvation through the Lord Jesus, you now have redemption through His blood; you now have the forgiveness of your sins (Colossians 1: 14).

You will be blessed.

Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, September 5, 2021

We listened to a sermon titled “Faith Exploits And Eternity”, CD # 730, preached by Brother Neal Frisby on 3/18/79 (PM).

In the sermon, Brother Frisby said:

Praise Him for what He has already done.

There is another world around us; it is like faith.

There is an unseen world that lives within us; a calm within us.

The Lord is the great Creator.

The Lord told Joshua in Joshua 1: 7 – 9 to be strong and very courageous and not to depart from the word of God.

Faith cometh by hearing the word of God (Romans 10: 17).

The children of Israel compassed the city of Jericho once each day for six days, and seven times on the seventh day.  They shouted, and the walls of the city fell flat.  God had told Joshua that He had given Jericho into their hands (Joshua 6: 12 – 20).

Have the faith of God.

The Sun and the Moon stood still for Joshua (Joshua 10: 12 – 14).

Each one of us is like a stone and we will fit into God’s destiny for our lives.

The Lord said occupy until I come (Luke 19: 13).

You cannot run away from God’s destiny for you.

The sundial went down for Hezekiah, time went backwards, death passed over him, death could not claim him at that time; the Lord added fifteen more years to his life (2 Kings 20: 1 – 11).

You cannot number the stars; they are endless (Jeremiah 31: 37).

When the Lord calls you in translation, you are in eternity with the Lord; your body will change, it will put on immortality.  In a flash of light, we are changed.

Remember the great miracles of the Lord.

You can have whatsoever you saith.

You can have faith and have a taste of heaven for a moment.

I started the sermon.

All Scriptures are based on who the Lord God is.

Genesis 1: 1:  “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.”

This earth that we are dwelling on did not just come about by itself.  It was created by the Almighty God who also created the heaven with all the stars therein.

Psalm 90: 1 – 4:  “LORD, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations.  Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.  Thou turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, ye children of men.  For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.”

This Scripture refers to a specific person, the eternal God, and states that He has been in existence from everlasting and will last to everlasting.  Thus, there was no time that God was not in existence; He will be in existence for eternity.

Isaiah 43: 10-11:  “Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen:  that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he:  before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.  I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.”

Isaiah 9: 6 refers to the Lord Jesus as “The mighty God”.  It states:  “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given:  and the government shall be upon his shoulder:  and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”

It means no God was formed before the Lord Jesus, because He is “The mighty God”, and no God will be formed after him.   This Scripture also states:  “and beside me there is no saviour”.  There can be no other Saviour besides the Lord Jesus.  Only the Lord Jesus has eternal life which He has given to us through salvation.

Isaiah 46: 9-10:  “Remember the former things of old:  for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me.  Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure”.

The Lord is able to tell you all that will happen in the future because He has already been into the future.  He will also do whatever He wants because His counsel will stand and He will do all His pleasure.

I read from Scroll # 23, Part II:

TIME AND ETERNITY – (The Past, Present and Future)  They are all the same to God (He created time when He created death)  What is time?  There is no such thing as time with God.  (It is eternal)  Time was created when God announced death on Adam and Eve.  If they or people did not have to die there would be no such thing as time!  It would be eternal.  Dying produces a “Time Limit” – to God there is no past or future.  Everything is past to Him, “He already knows all that is future.”  That makes it all past tense!  The fourth or all dimensions are only normal to Him, (but future to us)  There is no beginning or ending with God.  So there is no time for Him, only man has a time limit (cycle) and it is about finished!

I continued with the Sermon:

Isaiah 65: 24:  “And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.”

Before you pray, the Lord God has already answered you.  It is because He already sees you praying in the future, He already knows what you will be praying about, and He has already answered that prayer request.

At the time you are praying, He is listening to you, even though He has already answered that prayer request long before you got to the point of asking Him.

Colossians 1: 14 – 17:  “In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:  Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:  For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers:  all things were created by him, and for him:  And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.”

We now have redemption through the blood of the Lord Jesus, we now have the forgiveness of our sins, because He paid the price for our sins on the cross.

He was the image of the invisible God.  He was God in the form of a human being.

The Lord Jesus has created all things, whether “visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers:  all things were created by him, and for him:  And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.”

Exodus 14: 21 – 22:  “And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.  And the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea upon the dry ground:  and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.”

The Lord God, because He has created all things, could cause a strong east wind to blow all through the night and parted the Red sea, making it possible for the children of Israel to pass through it upon dry ground.

Mark 4: 39 – 41:  “And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still.  And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.  And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful?  how is it that ye have no faith?  And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another, What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?”

The Lord Jesus rebuked the wind; He also spoke to the sea that He had created.  The disciples “said one to another, What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?”  The Lord Jesus was not just a man; He was the eternal God walking as a man.

Matthew 6: 25 – 33:  “Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on.  Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?  Behold the fowls of the air:  for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them.  Are ye not much better than they?  Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?  And why take ye thought for raiment?  Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:  And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.  Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?  Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat?  or, What shall we drink?  or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?  (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.  But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”

You should not worry about what you will eat, what you will drink or what you will put on.  It states:  “for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.  But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”

Trust the Lord Jesus daily, let Him guide you and He will supply all of your needs.

Matthew 8: 5 – 13: “And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him, And saying, Lord, my  servant  lieth  at  home  sick  of  the  palsy,  grievously tormented.  And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him.  The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am  not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof:  but speak  the word only, and my servant shall be healed.  For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me:  and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.  When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so  great faith, no, not in Israel.  And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.  But the children of  the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness:  there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.  And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee.  And  his servant was healed in the selfsame hour.”

The centurion did not consider himself worth enough to receive the Lord Jesus into his house.  He told the Lord that He had the power to speak where He was standing and his servant, who was at home, would be healed.  The centurion knew that the Lord was at the same time also at his house.  He knew that this Jesus standing in front of him had to be the Almighty God because He was in more than one place at the same time.  It is only the Almighty God, who dwells in eternity, that can be in more than one place at the same time.

John 4: 47 – 53:  “When he heard that Jesus was come out of Judea into Galilee, he went unto him, and besought him that he would come down, and heal his son:  for he was at the point of death.  Then said Jesus unto him, Except ye see signs and wonders, ye will not believe.  The nobleman saith unto him,  Sir, come down ere my child die.  Jesus saith unto him, Go thy way; thy son liveth.  And the man believed the word that Jesus had spoken unto him, and he went his way.  And as he was now going down, his servants met him, and told him, saying, Thy son liveth. Then enquired he of them the hour when he began to amend.  And they said unto him, Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.  So the father knew that it was at the same hour, in the which Jesus said unto him, Thy son liveth:  and himself believed, and his whole house.”

The nobleman’s son was at the point of death and he wanted the Lord Jesus to come to his house to heal him.  The Lord Jesus did not go to his house; rather, He told him:  “Go thy way; thy son liveth”.  The nobleman “believed the word that Jesus had spoken unto him, and he went his way.”

The nobleman believed the words of the Lord Jesus because he knew this was God talking to him.

John 8: 56 – 58:  “Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day:  and he saw it, and was glad.  Then said the Jews unto him, Thou art not yet fifty years old, and hast thou seen Abraham?  Jesus said unto them, Verily, Verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.”

The Lord Jesus told the Jews that He had been in existence prior to Abraham.  He stated:  “Before Abraham was, I am.”

All of these Scriptures bring out who God is.

Why is it important for us to believe who God is?  Without believing who He is, we will not have the faith for translation.

Hebrews 11: 5:  “By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him:  for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.”

What type of faith did Enoch have that made it possible for him to be translated?

The answer is in the next verse.

Hebrews 11: 6:  “But without faith it is impossible to please him:  for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”

For you to have the faith to please the Lord, you must believe who He is and that He will reward you for truly seeking Him.

You must believe Isaiah 46: 9 – 10 which states that the Almighty God declares “the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure”.

You must believe Colossians 1: 15 – 17 which states that by the Lord Jesus “were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible”.

You must believe that the Lord God will supply all your needs (Matthew 6: 25 – 33).

Our Lord is also a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.  An example is 2 Timothy 4: 6 – 8 where Apostle Paul mentioned the Lord will give him a crown of righteousness:  “For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.  I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:  Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day:  and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.”

The Lord Jesus tasted death for every man (Hebrews 2: 9).  He then gives us the faith to believe what He has done.  Ephesians 2: 8:  “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:  it is the gift of God”.

We now live everyday by the faith of the Lord God Himself, the Lord Jesus Christ, and we will go with Him when He calls us for the translation.

Galatians 2: 20:  “I am crucified with Christ:  nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me:  and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.”

The word of God is forever settled in heaven. It means no one can now come and change it or give it a different interpretation.  Psalm 119: 89:  “For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.”

Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, August 22, 2021

Introduction:  Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, August 22, 2021

This sermon talks about the fact that the Lord already knows all events that will take place in the future.  He has also pre-determined when they will take place.

Ecclesiastes 3: 1:  “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven”.

Ephesians 1: 13 – 14:   “In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation:  in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.”

After you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and you believed the Lord Jesus, the Lord then took over and sealed you “with that holy Spirit of promise”.  The Lord Jesus is the Holy Spirit and He became the down payment for our inheritance.

What is this “inheritance” that we have received from the Lord?

We shall “inherit all things” from the Lord for eternity (Revelation 21: 7).

You can go about your daily life knowing you now have the guarantee of eternal inheritance from the Almighty God.

You will be blessed.

Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, August 22, 2021

We listened to a sermon titled “Infinite Knowledge-Foresight”, CD # 1120, preached by Brother Neal Frisby on 10/6/85 (AM).

In the sermon, Brother Frisby said:

You will never be able to pay the Lord on this earth for what He has done for you; you will owe Him when you get to heaven.

The Lord has control of not only this world, but all worlds.

All is foreknown by the Lord.  All creation, all events, the islands, the continents, the seas, the oceans, what colour you are, the nationality of each person, are foreknown to the Lord.

The Lord knows all from the beginning until it blends into eternity.

The Lord pre-determines world history; it is not by chance; He understands all that will take place and the exact timing of each event.  It is clocked and timed by the Lord.  It is pre-determined by the calculation of the Holy Spirit in His counsel.

He already foreknows everything from trillions of years, from eons of time, ago.

The Lord has eternal life and He has given it to us.

The Lord has chosen you.

It takes faith to believe that the Lord already foreknows everything.

He appoints everything and at the appointed time, they take place.

The Lord is the Creator and nothing takes place by chance.

The Lord appeared to Abraham at the exact time He had pre-determined and told him about the future of Israel (Genesis 15: 12 – 21).

At the exact time, He appeared to Moses in the burning bush (Exodus 3: 1 – 6).  In that burning bush was God standing in the form of Christ, in the exact time pre-determined by God in His counsel.

All events take place by God’s counsel, pre-determined by Him.

The Sun and the Moon stood still at the exact time, pre-determined by the Lord, for Joshua (Joshua 10: 12 – 13).

The sundial went down for Hezekiah, timed by the Lord (2 Kings 20: 9 – 11).

The Lord will come at the translation at the exact moment that He has pre-determined.

God foresees all the earthquakes, weather patterns and plaques that are coming upon the earth.

The Lord knows when the next earthquake will take place.  The weather pattern, nature travailing, is for men to repent; the children of the Lord are stepping forth and the Lord is coming to get them.

The Lord told Jeremiah that before he was in his mother’s womb, He foreknew him (Jeremiah 1: 5).

The exact timing of the revival at these last days is pre-determined by the Lord.

There will be great crises around the world; there will be a feeling of the Holy Spirit, a powerful surge of the Holy Spirit; there will be a manifestation of the powerful gifts for deliverance of the people; there will be the coming back of the gifts – similar to what Jesus had to use on Legion (Mark 5: 1 – 20); there will be strength and power among the children of the Lord; the gifts will be so powerful and so wonderful that at a moment, we will be like God and we will leave in the translation.  Like Enoch, we will have the faith for translation.

Everything is timed by the Lord.

Nothing takes place by chance, but by the vision of God, already pre-determined by Him.

We were the very thoughts of God.  He had predestinated us before the foundation of the world.

For the Lord to have chosen us means we are valuable to Him.

We were pre-determined, clocked by His counsel.

I started the sermon.

The Lord already knows all events that will take place in the future.  He has pre-determined when they will take place.

Isaiah 57: 15 tells us the realm where the Lord dwells in.  It states: “For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy”.

The Lord dwells in “eternity” where there is nothing called time.  In this realm, everything in the future is already past to him.

The Lord knows all events that will be in the future.  He is therefore able to tell us the exact day and time when an every event in the future will take place.  He also pre- determines when the event will take place.

Ecclesiastes 3: 1:  “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven”.

It means to everything, there is a time that the Lord God has already set for it to take place.

The Lord decided on who He loved between Esau and Jacob, even before they were born.

Romans 9: 10 – 13:  “And not only this; but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac; (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;) It was said unto her, THE ELDER SHALL SERVE THE YOUNGER.  As it is written, JACOB HAVE I LOVED, BUT ESAU HAVE I HATED.”

The Lord had already pre-determined that the elder (Esau) would serve the younger (Jacob), even before they were born.

John 10: 27 – 28:  “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:  And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.”

The eternal God refers to us as His sheep; we are His own and we hear His voice.  We heard His voice of salvation and came to repentance and that is why He gives us eternal life.  We shall never perish.  He knows each one of us and we follow Him.  No one will pluck us out of His hand.

You can have the peace of mind that you have eternal life and you will never perish.

2 Timothy 2: 19 states:  “Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his.”

You do not need to worry about whether the Lord knows those that are His.  He already knew them from eternity.

Psalm 139: 17 – 18:  “How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God!  how great is the sum of them!  If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand:  when I awake, I am still with thee.”

The Lord’s thoughts towards you and towards me every day are precious.  Also, you cannot count the number of His thoughts towards us because they have been from eternity and will last into eternity.  That is why these thoughts are more in number than the sand.

Ephesians 2: 10:  “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”

The Lord has created you unto good works.

Ephesians 1: 4:  “According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love”.

Trillions of years ago, in the eons of time, “before the foundation of the world”, before there was anything called time, the Lord saw you and me and chose us to come into salvation.

I read from Scroll # 232:

FOREKNOWLEDGE – Way back in the eons of time we don’t have words to describe how long ago in eternity it was!  But the Lord of Hosts always foreknew us.  And at the proper moment.  Like a great cocoon spawning out of God’s mind and in the mist of His presence all of us were foreknown and came at His appointed time since Adam.  Many Scriptures reveal this.  One of them is Eph. chap. 1 – And here is another one Job 38: 6-7, His chosen was with Him when He laid the foundations of earth’s corner stone.  When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?

I continued with the Sermon:

It states from eternity, “the Lord of Hosts always foreknew us”.  It means from eternity, there was never a time that the Lord did not know about you and me.  He “always” foreknew us.  He always thought about us since eternity.

Each one of us then came to this earth at the exact time that He had pre-determined.

Ephesians 1: 11:  “In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will”.

The Lord God works “all things after the counsel of his own will”.

There is nothing that the Lord God has not already set a time for and it takes place according to His own counsel.

You heard the word of truth; you heard the gospel of your salvation; you believed the Lord Jesus.

After you believed, the Lord then took over the next step.  He sealed you “with that holy Spirit of promise” who is the Lord Jesus Himself and He became “the earnest of our inheritance”.  The eternal God became the down payment for our inheritance.

This inheritance that we have received in the Lord must be so valuable that the eternal God made Himself a down payment for it.  We now have His guarantee.

He is the earnest, the down payment, of our inheritance until the day of translation – as it states:  “until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.”

It makes no difference whether the Lord calls you home now or you are alive on the day of translation.  By you hearing the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation and believing in the Lord Jesus, He then sealed you with Himself – the Holy Spirit.  He made Himself a guarantee that you will make the translation.  He made Himself a down payment of our inheritance in Him.

Ephesians 1:  18:  “The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints”.

The Lord is letting us know that this inheritance has “riches” of His glory.

Nothing in this world can be compared to the inheritance that we have in the Lord Jesus through salvation.  We have this inheritance not just for trillions of years, but for eternity.

Revelation 3: 21 states:   “To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne”.

You will sit with the eternal God on His throne for eternity.

What is this “inheritance” that we have received from the Lord God, so valuable that the eternal God chose to make Himself a down payment for it?

Revelation 21: 7:  “He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.”

We shall “inherit all things” is the inheritance that we have received from the Lord God.

This Scripture further states:  “and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.”

We cannot in this world comprehend the eternal value of this inheritance, whereby we shall inherit all things in the Lord Jesus.

I Corinthians 2: 9:  “But as it is written, EYE HATH NOT SEEN, NOR EAR HEARD, NEITHER HAVE ENTERED INTO THE HEART OF MAN, THE THINGS WHICH GOD HATH PREPARED FOR THEM THAT LOVE HIM.”

Our eyes have not seen, our ears have not heard, it has not entered into our hearts, the things that the Almighty God has already prepared for them that love Him.

We have an eternal inheritance from the Lord God.  This inheritance is free to us because the Lord Jesus, the eternal God, paid the price for our salvation on the Cross.

You can go about your daily life knowing you now have the guarantee of eternal inheritance from the Almighty God.

Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, August 15, 2021

Introduction:  Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, August 15, 2021

This sermon talks about the fact that the Lord controls the life of each person, not only at the time of death when the spirit He has given to that person returns to Him (Ecclesiastes 12: 7), but everyday throughout that person’s life.

Psalm 139: 1 – 12 states the Lord knows “my downsitting and mine uprising”; He understands my thoughts afar off; He “compassest my path and my lying down”; He is “acquainted with all my ways”.  The Lord is acquainted with all of your ways because He knows everything that you are doing every moment of every day and every night.

For the children of the Lord, when our lives are done on this earth, what awaits us is an eternal body that the Lord God will give to us so we can live with Him for eternity (2 Corinthians 5: 1).

1 Timothy 1: 17 states:  “Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever.  Amen.”

Our King, the eternal Lord Jesus, will be with us for eternity and that is why we will also have an eternal body.

You will be blessed.

Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, August 15, 2021

We listened to a sermon titled God’s Contentment, CD # 1336, preached by Brother Neal Frisby on 10/28/90 (AM).

In the sermon, Brother Frisby said:

The Lord has a contentment for His children, that is, satisfaction in the soul.

If you believe God’s promises, they become like a vision to you.

God wants His people to be happy, to have peace, joy, contentment and health.

2 Timothy 1: 12 states:  “for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.”

2 Corinthians 9: 8:  “And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work”.

Praise the Lord and keep your mind on the Lord; He will provide you “all sufficiency in all things”.

The riches of the Lord are unsearchable.

When you seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, then you will have the contentment of the Lord.

The Lord has given us His eternal values.

I am able to do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Everything is already known to the Lord; He is infinite; if you can believe this, then you can have whatsoever you say.

My grace is sufficient for you (2 Corinthians 12: 9).

The Lord wants us to have faith that does not disappear.

Ephesians 3: 20:  “Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.”  The Lord will do for you more than you can ask or think.

You can have the contentment of the Lord, the joy of the Lord, if you want it.

The Lord will bless you spiritually, physically and materially if you can be contended in the Lord.

Patience in the Lord will work your problems out.  Just before the coming of the Lord, there will be a lack of patience among the people.  You want to have patience in the Lord.

In your patience, you possess your soul (Luke 21: 19).

Have patience, the Lord is coming soon.

Contentment will let you have patience.

All things are possible to him that believeth.

Hebrews 13: 5 states:  “and be content with such things as ye have:  for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.”

Be contended with what you have, and the Lord will give you more.

Before you pray, the Lord knows what you need (Isaiah 65: 24).

Nothing shall be impossible to them that believeth.

Abraham was a friend of God because He cherished the words of God.

Proverbs 30: 5 states:  “Every word of God is pure”.  Psalm 12: 6 states:  “The words of the LORD are pure words”.  It means the words of the Lord do not fail, they do not lie.

The Spirit of the Lord quickeneth the believer to the promises of God, in addition to Him changing the body at the time of the resurrection.

Psalm 19: 7:  “The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul:  the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.”

The Holy Spirit will guide you; the Holy Spirit will teach you the word of God.

Psalm 119: 105:  “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.”

I started the sermon.

Ecclesiastes 12: 7:  “Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was:  and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.”

The Lord controls the life of each person, not only at the time of death when the spirit He has given to that person returns to Him, but everyday throughout that person’s life.

Luke 12: 16 – 20:  “And he spake a parable unto them, saying, The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully:  And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits?  And he said, This will I do:  I will pull  down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods.  And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry.  But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee:  then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?”

God told this rich man:  “this night thy soul shall be required of thee”, showing it was the Lord, and not the man, that was in control of his life.

Psalm 139: 1 – 12:  “O LORD, thou hast searched me, and known me.  Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off.  Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways.  For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether.  Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me.  Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.  Whither shall I go from thy spirit?  or whither shall I flee from thy presence?  If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there:  if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.  If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.  If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.  Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day:  the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.”

This Scripture states the Lord knows “my downsitting and mine uprising”; He understands my thoughts afar off; He “compassest my path and my lying down”; He is “acquainted with all my ways.”

It means the Lord knows when you go to bed and when you wake up.  He is acquainted with all of your ways because He knows everything that you are doing every moment of every day and every night.

The Lord is infinite.  He is aware of what you are doing every moment of your life just as He is aware, at the same time, of what every other person on this earth is doing.

This Scripture further states:  “Whither shall I go from thy spirit?  or whither shall I flee from thy presence?  If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there:  if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.  If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.”

It means there is no place where you can escape the presence of the Lord God Almighty.

This Scripture also states:  “If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.  Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day:  the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.”

The fact that it may be dark where you are has no bearing on the Lord.  He sees you the same as when you have light surrounding you.

Matthew 10: 29 – 30:  “Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing?  and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father.  But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.”

It means the Lord is aware of what happens to every creature and He has to give the approval before anything can happen to any of them.

This Scripture further states:  “But the very hairs of your head are all numbered” which further shows the Lord knows everything about you.

Isaiah 40: 25 -26:  “To whom then will ye liken me, or shall I be equal?  saith the Holy One.  Lift up your eyes on high, and behold who hath created these things, that bringeth out their host by number:  he calleth them all by names by the greatness of his might, for that he is strong in power; not one faileth.”

The Lord has created the trillions of stars in the heavens.  The Lord has a name for each one of them.  He is aware of what is going on with each of these creations.

Isaiah 46: 9-10:  “Remember the former things of old:  for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me.  Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure”.

The Lord can tell you now everything that will happen in the future.  He declares “the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done”.  His counsel shall stand and He will do all of His pleasure.

Revelation 4: 11:  “Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power:  for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.”

The Lord has created all things and for His pleasure “they are and were created.”

Colossians 1: 16 – 17 describes the Lord Jesus:  “For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers:  all things were created by him, and for him:  And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.”

It is the Lord Jesus that has created all things for He is the eternal God.  It makes no difference where these things are located; it makes no difference whether they are visible or invisible or “whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers”.  All things were created by Him and for Him.  He is “before all things, and by him all things consist.”

Psalm 33: 11:  “The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.”

It means the Lord’s plan for all generations will take place.

Psalm 135: 6:  “Whatsoever the LORD pleased, that did he in heaven, and in earth, in the seas, and all deep places.”

It is whatsoever the Lord pleases that He does at every place of His creation.

I read from Special Writing # 036 – “THE WILL OF GOD IN ONE’S LIFE”

My letter of encouragement this time concerns the will of God in one’s life!  Yes, the Lord knows you even more personally than you know yourself!  In His infinite love and wisdom He has a plan for you and every person born in this world!  It is a definite plan; and He is nudging you into your place!  He foresees all who are to be born; He sees the coming of each one!

I continued with the Sermon:

This writing shows that in the Lord’s “infinite love and wisdom He has a plan for you and every person born in this world”.  The plan that the Lord has for each human being is based on His “infinite love and wisdom”.  He paid the price for our salvation on the cross; he tasted death for each person.

Hebrews 2: 9 states:  “But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.”

Romans 11: 33 – 36:  “O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God!  how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!  For who hath known the mind of the Lord?  or who hath been his counsellor?  Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again?  For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things:  to whom be glory for ever.  Amen.”

We cannot measure “the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God”.  We cannot measure the eternal love of God for us.

For the children of the Lord, when our lives are done on this earth, what awaits us?  2 Corinthians 5: 1 states:  “For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.”

What awaits us is an eternal body that the Lord God will give to us so we can live with Him for eternity.

1 Timothy 1: 17:  “Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever.  Amen.”

Our King, the eternal Lord Jesus, will be with us for eternity and that is why we will also have an eternal body.

He is the only wise God; to Him “be honour and glory for ever and ever.  Amen.”

Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, August 8, 2021

Introduction:  Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, August 8, 2021

Psalm 29: 2 states:  “Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name”. Psalm 34: 3 states:  “let us exalt his name together.”  Psalm 100: 4 states we should “bless his name.”

What is the name of God for us to give the glory due unto His name, for us to exalt His name and for us to bless His name?

If we can identify the person that Isaiah 9: 6 refers to, then that person would be “The mighty God”.  His name would then be the name of “The mighty God”.

In Matthew 1: 18 – 25, Joseph was told by the Angel of the Lord that what was conceived in Mary was of “the Holy Ghost.  And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS”.

In Luke 1: 26 – 33, the angel Gabriel told Mary she would conceive “and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.”

The name “Jesus” was not a name that either Joseph or Mary came up with.  They could not have known the name of “The mighty God”.

Jesus was the Holy Spirit, the Almighty God, in human form.

We can thank the Almighty God that we have the opportunity to know His name.  His name is Jesus – He is the Lord, He is the Christ – The Anointed One, our Saviour; He is The Lord Jesus Christ.

It is the only name that demons recognize.

You will be blessed.

Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, August 8, 2021

We listened to a sermon titled “Bible Names!”, CD # 1238, preached by Brother Neal Frisby on 12/4/88 (AM)

In the sermon, Brother Frisby said:

In the name of Jesus is great faith, power, authority and healing.

There are secrets of God in that name.

You should build up your most holy faith in that name.

The name of Jesus is the only name that demons recognize.

Jesus’ name is couched in various names in the Old Testament.

The Bible is God’s word.

EVE:  It means life, beginning, vibrant.

ADAM:  He was ruddy; his name means human, earthy, powerful.

CHRIST:  It means the last Adam was made a quickening spirit (I Corinthians 15: 45).

JOSEPH:  He shall add to God’s Kingdom; he added to others; he had dreams and visions.

JOSHUA:  Commander; associated to salvation; he lived for God.

JONAH:  It means dove, kindness, timid; he liked to be by himself; it shows God’s mercies do reach to all of mankind.

PETER:  It means stone, solid as a rock, he would be a strength to his brethren.

THOMAS:  It means twin, he was double-minded; he finally realized who Jesus truly was when he told Him:  “My Lord and my God” (John 20: 28).

ELIJAH:  It means God is God; there is only one God.

ELISHA:  God is salvation.

JOHN:  Gift of God; he spoke of the Lord Jesus as divine love; the Lord used him to write the book of Revelation.

SOLOMON:  Peaceful; there was peace for 40 years during his reign.

NATHAN:  It means gift; he was a gift to David.

JACOB:  Supplanter; the Angel of the Lord was with him; he kept his promises to the Lord; his name was changed to Israel – a prince with God.

ISAAC:  It means laughter; Sarah laughed when the Lord said she would have a child; the Almighty God was standing behind Sarah at the same time He was standing in front of Abraham.

NAHUM:  Prophet, comforter; he had prophecies of the coming of the Lord; the Lord will pour out His Spirit upon His own; we shall be comforted.

RUTH:  She was a friend to Naomi; she married Boaz.

ABRAHAM:  His name was changed from Abram to Abraham (Genesis 17: 5); he was a friend of God; he knew God’s voice; he was the father of faith.

ABIGAIL:  She was a source of happiness to David.

PENIEL:  It means the face of God; Jacob wrestled with God in the form of a man (Genesis 32: 30).

JESUS:  It is the Greek form of Joshua.  CHRIST:  The Anointed One; the express image of God; it means Saviour, Messiah, born of the Holy Spirit.  The Lord Jesus Christ was God in human form.

ABADDON:  It means destruction; the angel of the bottomless pit (Revelation 9: 11).

ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION:  Idol of blasphemy standing in the Temple of God during the great tribulation (Mark 13: 14); the antichrist opposing anything that is called God; abomination/desolation showing there will be atomic war.

SORCERY:  It means child sacrifice, drinking of blood, idolatry.

MICHAEL:  God in the form of an Angel; He is hidden among the Angels; He is an Angelic prince to the Jews (Daniel 10: 13, 21; Daniel 12: 1).

GABRIEL:  An Angel that stands in the presence of God (Luke 1: 19); he is a time Angel.

JERUSALEM:  Home of peace; Shalom; the Lord Jesus will reign as the Prince of Peace from Jerusalem during the millennium.

MAZZAROTH:  Constellations in the heavens (Job 38: 31 – 32).

MAGGI:  The wise men from the East that understood a spiritual King, the Messiah that created the world, would be born; they understood the heavens (Matthew 2: 1 – 12).

SERAPHIMS:  They are the burning ones, beautiful lights around the throne of God, they are above the Cherubims (Isaiah 6: 1 – 6).

CHERUBIMS:  They are the guardian angels of God’s paradise.

LUCIFER:  His name was changed to Satan/Devil.  He was the light bearer at the throne of God, but he could not contain God’s word.  He no longer wanted to take instructions from God.  He had to leave the throne – fell like lightning.  Jesus said “I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven” (Luke 10: 18).  The Lord God is so eternal, He is so infinite and yet, Lucifer thought God was less than who He truly was.  He was in God’s presence, but could not believe that the most High God was the only true eternal One (Isaiah 14: 12 – 15).

JEREMIAH:  Jeremiah and Isaiah spoke about the Lord establishing Israel again.

I AM THAT I AM:  Exodus 3: 14.  It means the time of the Lord God has come; I am the only One that you need; I am infinite; all else is established by me; I am the only One that is self-sufficient in the whole universe.

ISAIAH:  He wrote about the great Messiah (Isaiah 9: 6).

BIBLE:  It means the true word of God; let everyone be a liar, but let God be true; His word shall not return unto Him void (Isaiah 55: 11).

The name of the Lord God, the Lord Jesus Christ, means peace; prosperity – both spiritual and physical; salvation; eternal life.

I started the sermon.

Psalm 23: 3:  “He restoreth my soul:  he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.”  What is the name of God that He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His “name’s sake”?

Psalm 29: 2:  “Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.”  What is the name of God in order for us to give the glory due unto His “name”?

Psalm 34: 3:  “O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together.”  What is the name of God in order for us to magnify Him and exalt His “name” together?

Psalm 100: 4:  “Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise:  be thankful unto him, and bless his name.”  What is the name of God in order for us to be thankful unto Him, and bless His “name”?

Psalm 111: 9:  “He sent redemption unto his people:  he hath commanded his covenant for ever:  holy and reverend is his name.”  What is the name of God that is “holy and reverend”.

These Scriptures and many other Scriptures in the Old Testament state that God has a name.

However, we are not told what His name is.

Isaiah 9: 6 states:  “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given:  and the government shall be upon his shoulder:  and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”

If we can identify the person that Isaiah referred to as being born as a child, as being born as a son, then that person would be “The mighty God”.  Not just any God, but “The” mighty God.  His name will then be the name of “The mighty God”.

Jeremiah 32: 17 – 18:  “Ah Lord GOD!  behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee:  Thou shewest lovingkindness unto thousands, and recompensest the iniquity of the fathers into the bosom of their children after them:  the Great, the Mighty God, the LORD of hosts, is his name.”

The Mighty God is the Great One; He is the Lord of hosts.

1 John 2: 12:  “I write unto you, little children, because yours sins are forgiven you for his name’s sake.”

My sins are forgiven me, your sins are forgiven you, not because of anything that anyone of us did.  Our sins are forgiven us because of the price that the eternal God paid on the cross; our sins are forgiven “for his name’s sake.”

Revelation 19: 13:  “And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood:  and his name is called The Word of God.”

The name of God means “The Word of God”; “holy and reverend is his name”.

Matthew 1: 18 -25:  “Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise:  When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.  Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a publick example, was minded to put her away privily.  But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife:  for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.  And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS:  for he shall save his people from their sins.  Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, BEHOLD, A VIRGIN SHALL BE WITH CHILD, AND SHALL BRING FORTH A SON, AND THEY SHALL CALL HIS NAME EMMANUEL, which being interpreted is, God with us.  Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife:  And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son:  and he called his name JESUS.”

Joseph found out that Mary was already pregnant before they came together.  He did not want to make a public example of her.  While he thought on these things, the Angel of the Lord, who was actually God in the form of an Angel, appeared unto him in a dream.  He told him that what was conceived in Mary “is of the Holy Ghost”.  The Holy Ghost was now in the form of flesh inside of Mary and that was why she was pregnant.  The child that would be born of her was actually the Holy Spirit, the eternal God, in human form.  She shall “bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS:  for he shall save his people from their sins”.

Thus, the name of the “The mighty God” is “Jesus”.

This was the name of God that was hidden in the Old Testament.

Now, we know the name of God that we can exalt, that we can bless.

“The mighty God” is also “The everlasting Father”; He is “The Prince of Peace.”

He is “the Great, the Mighty God, the LORD of hosts”.

He is “The Word of God.”

Luke 1: 26 – 33:  “And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth, To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary.  And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee:  blessed art thou among women.  And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be.  And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary:  for thou hast found favour with God.  And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.  He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest:  and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David”.

For Joseph, it was the Angel of the Lord, who was God Himself, that appeared unto him.  For Mary, the Lord sent angel Gabriel.

Joseph and Mary were told separately that the name of the child that would be born is Jesus.

The name “Jesus” was not a name that either Joseph or Mary came up with.  They could not have known the name of “The mighty God”.  This was the name that the Angel of God told Joseph, and it was the same name that angel Gabriel told Mary.

Thus, there would be no mistake about the name of the eternal God.

The fulfillment of “The mighty God” being named Jesus is in Luke 2: 21:  “And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the child, his name was called JESUS, which was so named of the angel before he was conceived in the womb.”

The eternal God was the person that stood in front of the Jews.  This is what Jesus told the Jews in John 8: 56 – 58:  “Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day:  and he saw it, and was glad.  Then said the Jews unto him, Thou art not yet fifty years old, and hast thou seen Abraham?  Jesus said unto them, Verily, Verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.”

Jesus was the Holy Spirit, the Almighty God, in human form.

I read from Scroll # 17:

BEHOLD SAITH THE ALMIGHTY – read Rev. 5: 6 – “Ye cannot number me as a man knoweth numbers in the material world, but in the spiritual world, I am infinite without number.  And the 7 revelations of me are my word.  In the beginning I was that word and dwelt among men (in Jesus)  Behold at first my own disciples did not understand this, but Paul my Beloved servant declared it, when he said – For by Him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visable and invisable, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities or powers:  All things were created by Him and for Him.  Read. Col. 1: 13 – 17 – “I am God in the heavens!  I am God in the Son! I am God in the Holy Ghost!  I am one in three fold manifestation.  And if any man saith unto thee this prophecy is false, then he understandeth not the things of God, among the living.  And I will appoint his portion among the hypocrites, and his days shall quickly be forgotten.  I am Alpha!  and Omega!  The first!  and the last!  I am the Lord there is no other God besides me.  I am hidden in Jesus, revealed to my Elect, whom I foreknew from the beginning!  Who I will give power to foresee me (as I am) in my Glory – (body)  Even the mystery which had been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to my saints.  AMEN!

I continued with the sermon.

We can thank the Almighty God that we have the opportunity to know His name.  His name is Jesus – He is the Lord, He is the Christ – The Anointed One, our Saviour; He is The Lord Jesus Christ.  This is the mystery that has been hidden for ages.  The name of Jesus is all that you need because it is the name of the eternal God.  It is the only name that demons recognize.

Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, August 1, 2021

Introduction:  Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, August 1, 2021

This sermon talks about the fact that what disqualified the foolish virgins from making the rapture was the fact that they did not understand that the Lord Jesus is the Almighty God.

The eternal God was the person that walked “the hot roads of Galilee, and gave rest to the weary!  Healing the sick of Israel!”

The devil knows that there is only one God, and yet on this earth, he spreads the untruth that there is more than one God (James 2: 19).

Why will the devil spread this lie?  It is because he does not want you to make the rapture.  It is because he does not want you to have true peace to your soul.  It means you cannot put on the whole armour of God if you do not understand that the Lord Jesus was God in human form (Ephesians 6: 11).

Only those who will accept the name of God as the Lord Jesus Christ will become His bride.  Unto her is given the Lord’s Kingdom to rule with Him (Revelation 3: 21).

Isaiah 9: 6, John 1: 3, 10 and Colossians 1: 16 – 17 are so plain and understood by them because they were born to believe these Scriptures.

Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, August 1, 2021

We listened to a sermon titled “Jesus – Past, Present & Future”, CD # 1058, preached by Brother Neal Frisby on 6/30/85 (AM).

In the sermon, Brother Frisby said:

Let the dead praise the Lord.  Their bodies are in the grave, but they are somewhere praising the Lord.

If you do not believe that Jesus is God, then your body and heart cannot rest in the Lord.

If you believe that there are three Gods, and not that Jesus is the only God, you cannot have true peace to the soul.  You are being taught a doctrine that is partly right.

When you have the proper revelation of who Jesus is, you have a sound mind, the body will correct itself; diseases and oppression will have to go.

Isaiah 43: 10-11 states:  “Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen:  that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he:  before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.  I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.”

The Lord Jesus was before time; He was before the planets were made.

Jesus said:  “Before Abraham was, I am” (John 8: 57 – 58).

If you believe that Jesus was in the Old Testament, He will work for you in the New Testament.

Jesus is the ruler of trillions of worlds.

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever (Hebrews 13: 8).

You cannot have sane mind if you believe that there are three Gods.

It is one eternal God manifesting in three ways, in three offices – Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

The Lord God became a human being, gave up His body, shed His blood and gave us eternal life.  You cannot give eternal salvation unless you are eternal.

Two supreme rulers cannot exist at the same time.

The disciples said:  “What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?” (Mark 4: 41).

Devils do not like the true revelation of who Jesus truly is.

Make Him who He truly is and you will receive deliverance.

The churches today who do not accept that Jesus is the eternal God are still denying the Lord Jesus His kingship just like the Jews did to Him when He first came.

When you hear the truth, stay with the truth.

The foolish virgins almost got the full word of God, the full truth about who Jesus is.  In the great tribulation, they will understand who Jesus truly is, but it will too late, just like the Jews will also find out.

The Bible states Jesus is Emmanuel, meaning, God with us (Matthew 1: 23).

If you believe God in the Old Testament and you believe He is the same Lord in the New Testament, then you will see Him working for you.

Isaiah 9: 6 clearly states Jesus is the mighty God.

Devils cannot deal with the true word of God; they cannot deal with coals of fire.

The same one in the Old Testament is the person that died on the Cross.

Jesus said unto Philip:  “Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip?  he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?”  (John 14: 9).

I started the sermon.

It is those of us on this earth that are having the discussion on whether there is only one God in heaven who has been from eternity and whether He is the same person that came to die for our sins as the Lord Jesus.

If you were sitting in heaven, you will see only one person – the supreme ruler; the Creator of heaven and earth.

Isaiah 6: 1 -5:  “In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple.  Above it stood the seraphims:  each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly.  And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts:  the whole earth is full of his glory.  And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke.  Then said I, Woe is me!  for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips:  for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts.”

There was only one person in heaven.  The Seraphims cried He is the LORD of hosts.  Isaiah stated he had seen the LORD of hosts.

What disqualified the foolish virgins from making the rapture was the fact that they did not understand that the Lord Jesus is the Almighty God (Matthew 25: 1 – 12).

They are not able to believe Isaiah 9: 6 describing the Lord Jesus:  “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given:  and the government shall be upon his shoulder:  and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”

They are not able to believe John 1: 3, 10 describing the Lord Jesus.  Verse 3:  “All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.”  Verse 10:  “He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.”

They are not able to believe Colossians 1: 16 – 17 describing the Lord Jesus:  “For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers:  all things were created by him, and for him:  And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.”

In the great tribulation, they will understand that the Lord Jesus is the Almighty God, but it will too late by then, just like the Jews will also find out who He truly is.

James 2: 19:  “Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well:  the devils also believe, and tremble.”

The devil knows that there is only one God, and yet on this earth, he spreads the untruth that there is more than one God.

Why will the devil spread this lie?

It is because he does not want you to make the rapture.

It is because he does not want you to have true peace to your soul.  It means you cannot put on the whole armour of God if you do not understand that the Lord Jesus was God in human form.  Without the whole armour of God, you will not be able to push back all of the attacks from the devil.  Ephesians 6: 11 states:  “Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.”

Matthew 1: 21:  “And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS:  for he shall save his people from their sins.”

“The mighty God” was born and He was called Jesus.

Isaiah 43: 10-11 states:  “ before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.  I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.”

It means no God was formed before the Lord Jesus, because He is “The mighty God”, and no God will be formed after him.   This Scripture also states:  “and beside me there is no saviour”.  There cannot be any other saviour besides the Lord Jesus.  Only the Lord Jesus has eternal life which He has given to us through salvation.

Revelation 1: 8:  “I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.”

In Revelation 1: 11, the Lord Jesus states:  “I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last”.

In Revelation 1: 17 – 18, the Lord Jesus states:  “Fear not; I am the first and the last:  I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.”

That is why in Heaven, you are only going to see one person, the eternal God, the Lord Jesus, stating:  “I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.”

It means every Scripture that you read in the Old Testament that mentions God, whether the eternal God that appeared to Moses, to Elijah, to Jacob, to Joseph, to David, to Joshua, to Samson, to Isaiah and all others, is the same person that stood before the Jews as Jesus because there is only one God.

Anytime you read about God in the Old Testament, you can substitute that name for Jesus.

You will notice that the Lord Jesus did not say:  “Before Abraham was, I was” as such a statement would have put him in the past.  Rather, He told the Jews:  “Before Abraham was, I am”.  This statement was enough for the Jews to have known that they were talking to the Almighty God.  He was telling them that not only did He exist “before” Abraham was created, He will remain in existence into the future for eternity.  He has been in existence “before” Abraham was created, before there was anything called time, and here He was, standing  in front of them, in human form, as the Lord Jesus.

I read from Scroll # 35:

“Behold what I have spoken about the water is true!  What I have spoken about my name is true!  It is I the Lord Jesus which has spoken unto my people the Bride!  And unto them who will take my name will become my Bride!  And unto her is given my Kingdom to rule with Me!  For she has spiritually married me and has taken my name the Lord Jesus Christ, for she is My own, the very handy work of my spirit!  For even now the time must shortly come when I will take her to My palace.  Watch!  I say watch!  – Behold now is the end of the age come!  And I will reveal hidden manna!  I was God walking in the body of Jesus, walking the hot roads of Galilee, and gave rest to the weary!  Healing the sick of Israel!  I am your Lord let no man deceive thee!  And there is no other God besides Me!  Behold I have hidden myself in Jesus in such a way that the foolish virgins and the world can not see Me, Until the time that I shall reveal it, but My Elect was born to believe it and another they will not hear I AM ALPHA AND OMEGA, YEA A MANS HAND HAS NOT WRITTEN THIS, BUT THE HAND OF POWER THE LORD OF HOST HAS WRITTEN IT!

I continued with the sermon.

This Scroll states:  “And unto them who will take my name will become my Bride!  And unto her is given my Kingdom to rule with Me!  For she has spiritually married me and has taken my name the Lord Jesus Christ, for she is My own, the very handy work of my spirit!  For even now the time must shortly come when I will take her to My palace.”

It means only those who will accept the name of God as the Lord Jesus Christ will become His bride.  Unto her is given the Lord’s Kingdom to rule with Him (Revelation 3: 21).  The Lord will take her to His palace (John 14: 2 -3).

The Scroll further states:  “I was God walking in the body of Jesus, walking the hot roads of Galilee, and gave rest to the weary!  Healing the sick of Israel!  I am your Lord let no man deceive thee!  And there is no other God besides Me!  Behold I have hidden myself in Jesus in such a way that the foolish virgins and the world can not see Me, Until the time that I shall reveal it, but My Elect was born to believe it and another they will not hear”.

The eternal God was the person that walked “the hot roads of Galilee, and gave rest to the weary!  Healing the sick of Israel!”

It also states:  “And there is no other God besides Me!  Behold I have hidden myself in Jesus in such a way that the foolish virgins and the world can not see Me, Until the time that I shall reveal it, but My Elect was born to believe it and another they will not hear”.

It means the reason why Isaiah 9: 6, John 1: 3, 10 and Colossians 1: 16 – 17 are so plain and understood by you is because you were born to believe these Scriptures.  The foolish virgins will not get to understand these Scriptures until the great tribulation when it is too late and that is why they missed the rapture.

You want to thank the Lord Jesus that He has given you the grace to understand that He is the Almighty God.  He will take you with Him on the day of the rapture and you will rule His Kingdom with Him for eternity.

Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, July 25, 2021

Introduction:  Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, July 25, 2021

This sermon talks about the fact that each person born on this earth has a “return ticket” to go back to the Lord.

Ecclesiastes 12: 7:  “Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was:  and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.”

In Luke 16:  19 – 31, the rich man did not come to salvation before he died.  His spirit returned unto God who gave it.  The Lord put it in hell.  He wanted his five brethren, who were still alive, to come to salvation, “lest they also come into this place of torment”.  Nothing else on this earth is of any consequence when compared to eternal life.

Psalm 116: 15:  “Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints.”

The mighty God came as the Lord Jesus, “reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them”.  He has now “given to us the ministry of reconciliation”; He has “committed unto us the word of reconciliation” (2 Corinthians 5: 18 – 21).

Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, July 25, 2021

We listened to a sermon titled “Unseen Creates The Seen”, CD # 761, preached by Brother Neal Frisby on 12/2/79 (AM).

In the sermon, Brother Frisby said:

It is where the Lord is that you will find peace and rest.

The promises of God are already ours.

It is time for the sons of God to manifest.

There will be more faith among the people of God at the end of time for the translation.

The unseen (that is, eternity) is within you.

The word of God created something out of nothing; likewise, you can speak the anointed word of God and create something out of nothing.

Hebrews 10: 23:  “Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering”.

Paul refers to our faith in the word of God as the profession of our faith.

Stay with the true gospel of the Lord Jesus and you will not backslide.

Faith must have an anchor; it must be anchored in the word of God.

When you pray, you leave that prayer with Jesus.

Faith is part of God; it gets into reality.

Do not dig up your faith time and time again in unbelief.

After you have prayed, keep praising and thanking the Lord, quote His promises and expect an answer from Him.

Faith will get your prayers answered.

Faith has a commitment; leave your prayer in the hands of the Lord.  The unseen will then create the seen.

The unseen is more real than what you see.

Psalm 37: 4 – 5:  “Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.  Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.”

Delight thyself, commit thy way and trust in the Lord and He shall bring it to pass.

The kingdom of God is within you.

Faith is always now, even though the answer may come later.

Faith cannot be in the past or in the future.

Today is the day of salvation; today is the day of healing; today is the day to save souls.

Faith is like God’s eternal time; it is now.

Eternity does not end.

God’s time is always eternal, even though we come and go at different times.

The Lord is the same yesterday, today and forever (Hebrews 13: 8).  He is in eternity.

If you can number God, then He is no longer God.

When you come to the end of your time or of your numbers, then eternity begins.

The church will have the faith of Enoch and the power and faith of Elijah for us to be translated.

It will take faith in the word of God and the power of the Lord to deliver the sick.

Hebrews 11: 6:  “But without faith it is impossible to please him:  for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”

I started the sermon.

Ecclesiastes 12: 7:  “Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was:  and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.”

This Scripture mentions the dust returning to the earth and the spirit returning unto God who gave it.

It means each person that is born on this earth has a “return ticket” to go back to the Lord.

Each person mentioned in the Old Testament, each person mentioned in the New Testament, each person born hundreds or thousands of years ago in whatever land, our parents, our relatives, each of our children, you, I or whoever else is on this earth now or will be born has a “return ticket” from the Lord.  Each one of us will go back to see the Lord.

This Scripture – Ecclesiastes 12: 7, is illustrated by Luke 16:  19 – 31.

Luke 16:  19 – 31:  “There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:  And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores, And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table:  moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.  And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom:  the rich man also died, and was buried; And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.  And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.  But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things:  but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.  And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed:  so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.  Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father’s house:  For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment.  Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.  And he said, Nay, father Abraham:  but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.  And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.”

The Lord Jesus, the eternal God, is telling us what happens to the spirit when it returns unto him.  If you knew the Lord Jesus before you passed on from this earth, your spirit will be in paradise.  If you did not know the Lord Jesus before you passed on from this earth, your spirit will be in hell.

The rich man wanted his five brethren, who were still alive, to come to salvation, “lest they also come into this place of torment”.  Nothing else on this earth is of any consequence when compared to eternal life.

The rich man was so concerned for these five brethren that he did not want just anyone to go preach to them.  He wanted someone coming from the dead who would be able to affirm that the reality of hell is true if you did not believe the word of God.

Revelation 4: 11:  “Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power:  for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.”

This Scripture states the Lord has created all things, and that for His pleasure, we are and were created.

Romans 11: 36:   “For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things:  to whom be glory for ever.  Amen.”  This Scripture states all things are “to him”.  It shows all things will report back to the Lord.

Psalm 116: 15:  “Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints.”

We are still alive now and we are required by the Lord to preach to others, lest they go to hell – and finally to the lake of fire (Revelation 20: 11 -15).

2 Corinthians 5: 18 – 21:  “And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.  Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God. For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.”

The mighty God came as the Lord Jesus, “reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them”.  He has now “given to us the ministry of reconciliation”; He has “committed unto us the word of reconciliation”.

We can preach to others that the Lord has forgiven them their sins – “not imputing their trespasses unto them”.  We are ambassadors for Christ.

When you preach the gospel of our Lord Jesus, you are talking of the person who has brought life and immortality to light.  2 Timothy 1: 10:  “But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel”.

“That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life” (John 3: 15).

I read from Scroll # 43:

THE BODY, SOUL AND SPIRIT – (When the spirit leaves the body, the soul and spirit become one)  The body carries the soul and the eternal spirit (Gift of deity) ignites the soul body with life, and it becomes a “living personality” of the spirit!  The body (flesh) often waring against “the spirit soul” which is the real you!  The elect body will be changed uniting soul and spirit together, (becoming Glorified)  Then all three stages of body, soul and spirit blend as “one”  The same as the Father, Son and Holy Ghost united together as “One”  (marvelous!)  (Read – I Cor. 15: 40-44).  (The soul is the personality connected to The Spirit)

I continued with the sermon:

When someone dies in the Lord, the soul and spirit unite as one and leaves the body to be with the Lord in the third heaven (2 Corinthians 12: 1 – 4).  The body is left in the grave.  At the time of translation, the body is resurrected from the grave and unites with the soul and spirit and all three parts become one.

For those who are alive and remain at the coming of the Lord, their body also changes and unites with the soul and spirit.  All three parts also become one.

We are all changed – both the resurrected saints and the saints that are alive at the coming of the Lord.  Each one of us will have a glorified body.

If the person did not come to salvation before death, the body is also in the grave, but the person’s spirit and soul, now united as one, is in hell.

Remember, each person that is born on this earth has a “return ticket” to go back to the Lord.

1 Corinthians 15: 51 -58:  “Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump:  for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.  For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.  So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.  O death, where is thy sting?  O grave, where is thy victory?  The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.  But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.  Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.”

At the time of translation, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, we shall be changed.  This Scripture states:  “For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.”  You will notice it states:  “must” put on incorruption; “must” put on immortality.  It is a “must” because the Almighty God, the Lord Jesus Christ, has already paid the price for our change – to have an eternal body, because He has tasted death for every man.

You can rest assured that when you leave this earth, either through death or if alive at the time of translation, the Lord will be waiting for you.

1 Thessalonians 4: 16-18:  “For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air:  and so shall we ever be with the Lord.  Wherefore comfort one another with these words.”

Introduction:  Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, June 13, 2021

This sermon talks about the Angel of the Lord being the Lord God Himself.

Angels of the Lord were created by Him to minister to us who have salvation.  Hebrews 1: 14:  “Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?”

The fact that the Lord God comes as an Angel, as the Angel of the Lord, gives us a clue that He is also here to minister to us.

What then is the whole purpose of the Lord God Almighty ministering to us as the Angel of the Lord?  It is to get us ready for the translation, that we may be glorified.

The Angel of the Lord will let you know that you will overcome all things and sit with Him on His throne for eternity (Revelation 3: 21).  He will let you know that you will inherit all things of God for eternity (Revelation 21: 7).  He will let you know that you are a joint-heir with Him for eternity (Romans 8: 16 – 17).  Just to have these thoughts in your heart is a blessing.

Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, June 13, 2021

We listened to a sermon titled “The Angel Of The Lord”, CD # 778, preached by Brother Neal Frisby on 3/26/80 (PM).

In the sermon, Brother Frisby said:

The Angel of the Lord is with His people.

The Angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear Him; He is with us; He will protect us; He will keep His hand upon us.

The Lord and the Angel of the Lord are one and the same person.

He is the God Angel; He is the prophet Angel.

The Angel of the Lord is different from the other Angels because He is the Creator of the Angels; He is the God of the Angels.

He was the Pillar of fire in the Old Testament and He is the Bright and Morning Star in the New Testament.

Jesus is the Angel of the Lord.

He was the veil of fire that was in the burning bush.

Just as Moses turned around to see the flame of fire in the burning bush, God’s people will turn around to see the Bright and Morning Star at this end of time; they will  see the great anointing of the Lord working among them.

In the midst of the glory of God, people want to go back to the old system, the great falling away from the presence of the Lord.

The Lord comes to us as the Angel of the Lord.

He was the Captain of the host with a sword to Joshua (Joshua 5: 13 -15).

When you see the Angel of the Lord, you are seeing the Lord.

The Angel of the Lord stood as Jesus in front of the Jews.  They rejected Him just as they rejected the Lord in the Old Testament.

He was the great wheel (O Wheel) that Ezekiel saw (Ezekiel 10: 13).

The Angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph and He was the one who ruled Egypt through Joseph.

The Angel of the Lord appeared as a man to Abraham (Genesis 18: 1 – 15).  He made a covenant with Abraham.

The Angel of the Lord appeared to Elijah by the cave and told him He had reserved 7,000 people that had stayed true to Him (1 Kings 19: 9 – 18).

The Angel of the Lord is the Star out of Jacob (Numbers 24: 17).

The Star out of Jacob came in the New Testament as the Messiah, the Lord Jesus Christ.

The glory of the Lord can be photographed.

The Angel of the Lord was the one that appeared to Ezekiel with fire running from His loins upward and from His loins downward (Ezekiel 1: 26 -27; Ezekiel 8: 2 -3).

There will be a world-wide awakening to the children of the Lord, a quick short work.

The Angel of the Lord can appear in many forms, but it is the same person, the Lord Jesus, the eternal God.

The Angel of the Lord is revealing mysteries to His people at this end of time.

Hebrews 13: 2:  “Be not forgetful to entertain strangers:  for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.”

I started the sermon:

Genesis 32: 24 – 30:  “And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day.  And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob’s thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled with him.  And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh.  And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me.  And he said unto him, What is thy name?  And he said, Jacob.  And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel:  for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed.  And Jacob asked him, and said, Tell me, I pray thee, thy name.  And he said, Wherefore is it that thou dost ask after my name?  And he blessed him there.  And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel:  for I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved.”

This Scripture tells us that God was in the form of a man which made it possible for Jacob to wrestle with Him.  The Lord changed the name of Jacob to Israel.  Jacob then asked this man (that is, God in the form of a man) His name, but He declined to tell him His name.  Jacob realized He had seen God; he stated:   “for I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved.”

Exodus 3: 1 – 6:  “Now Moses kept the flock of Jethro his father in law, the priest of Midian:  and he led the flock to the backside of the desert, and came to the mountain of God, even to Horeb.  And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush:  and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed.  And Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt.  And when the LORD saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses.  And he said, Here am I.  And he said, Draw not nigh hither:  put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground.  Moreover he said, I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.  And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God.”

The Angel of the Lord appeared to Moses as a flame of fire in the midst of a bush.  We are told that the Angel of the Lord was the Lord God Himself, for it states:  “And when the LORD saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush”.  The Angel of the Lord further states:  “I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.  And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God.”

Verse 13 – 14:  “And Moses said unto God, Behold, when I come unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, The God of your fathers hath sent me unto you; and they shall say to me, What is his name?  what  shall I say unto them?  And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM:  and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.”

Moses asked God for His name.  The Lord simply described Himself as “I AM THAT I AM”.

Judges 6: 11 – 12:  “And there came an angel of the LORD, and sat under an oak which was in Ophrah, that pertained unto Joash the Abiezrite:  and his son Gideon threshed wheat by the winepress, to hide it from the Midianites.  And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him, and said unto him, The LORD is with thee, thou mighty man of valour.”

Verse 14 – 16:  “And the LORD looked upon him, and said, Go in this thy might, and thou shalt save Israel from the hand of the Midianites:  have not I sent thee?  And he said unto him, Oh my Lord, wherewith shall I save Israel?  behold, my family is poor in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father’s house.  And the LORD said unto him, Surely I will be with thee, and thou shalt smite the Midianites as one man.”

In these verses, the Angel of the Lord is described as the Lord God Himself.  He sat under an oak and appeared to Gideon.

Judges 13: 2 – 3:  “And there was a certain man of Zorah, of the family of the Danites, whose name was Manoah; and his wife was barren, and bare not.  And the angel of the LORD appeared unto the woman, and said unto her, Behold now, thou art barren, and bearest not:  but thou shalt  conceive, and bear a son.”

Verse 6:  “Then the woman came and told her husband, saying, A man of God came unto me, and his countenance was like the countenance of an angel of God, very terrible:  but I asked him not whence he was, neither told he me his name”.

Verse 11:  “And Manoah arose, and went after his wife, and came to the man, and said unto him, Art thou the man that spakest unto the woman?  And he said, I am.”

Verse 17 – 18:  “And Manoah said unto the angel of the LORD, What is thy name, that when thy sayings come to pass we may do thee honour?  And the angel of the LORD said unto him, Why askest  thou thus after my name, seeing it is secret?”

In these verses, the Angel of the Lord appeared as a man.  Manoah asked for His name, but He declined to give it; he said “it is secret”.

The eternal God, appearing as the Angel of the Lord, who declined to disclose His name in the Old Testament, has now given us His name in the New Testament.

Isaiah 9: 6 tells us that the Lord God would be born as a man:  “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”  Jesus is “The mighty God’.

Matthew 1: 21 gives us the name of the eternal God that would be born:  “And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS:  for he shall save his people from their sins.”

Thus, the name of “The mighty God” is Jesus.  He came to save us from our sins and to give us eternal life.

Acts 12: 1 – 10:  “Now about that time Herod the king stretched forth his hands to vex certain of the church.  And he killed James the brother of John with the sword.  And because he saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to take Peter also.  (Then were the days of unleavened bread.)  And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people.  Peter therefore was kept in prison:  but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him.  And when Herod would have brought him forth, the same night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains:  and the keepers before the door kept the prison.  And, behold, the angel of the Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the prison:  and he smote Peter on the side, and raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly.  And his chains fell off from his hands.  And the angel said unto him, Gird thyself, and bind on thy sandals.  And so he did.  And he saith unto him, Cast thy garment about thee, and follow me.  And he went out, and followed him; and wist not that it was true which was done by the angel; but thought he saw a vision.  When they were past the first and the second ward, they came unto the iron gate that leadeth unto the city; which opened to them of his own accord:  and they went out, and passed on through one street; and forthwith the angel departed from him.”

The Angel of the Lord that appeared to Moses in the burning bush is the same Angel of the Lord that appeared to Peter and brought him out of the prison.

I read from Scroll # 154:

WHAT ABOUT THE ANGELS?  – “They are a fascinating part of God’s kingdom and they do their duties well!  They are the princes of heaven who stand before God!  They are also ministering spirits to those who are heirs of salvation!” – Rev. 5: 11, “implies that there are hundreds of millions of angels! . . . Angels are immortal and they do not die! (Luke 20: 36) – Angels are spoken of in the masculine gender! . . . They are said to be innumerable!” (Heb. 12: 22) – “There are different types and various orders of angels!  Perhaps we can write more on this in a moment! . . . But right now the reason the spirit is revealing this is because of the nature of the coming of world events and crises, more angels are going to intervene and be dispersed upon the earth!  Because the Lord is going to raise up a standard against
satan’s onslaught and protect God’s children preparing the translation!”

THE ANGELS FLIGHT –  “The movement of angels is remarkable!  In an instant they can appear from heaven before us or from one part of the Universe to the other without passing through the rest of it!” – “To understand these supernatural appearances we would have to compare them with thought! . . . That they did in fact travel as the speed of thought from one place to another!  They are absolutely marvelous creatures created by the Most High!”

I continued with the sermon:

The Lord’s Angels were created by Him to minister to us who have salvation.  Hebrews 1: 14:  “Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?”

Angels minister to us, and not we to them.

The fact that the Lord God comes as an Angel, as the Angel of the Lord, gives us a clue that He is also here to minister to us.

What then is the whole purpose of the Lord God Almighty coming to minister to us as the Angel of the Lord?  The whole purpose of the Lord God Almighty in ministering to us as the Angel of the Lord is to get us ready for the translation, that we may be glorified.

The Lord has an eternal purpose for each of us that comes into salvation.  Ephesians 3: 11:  “According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord”.

For that eternal purpose to be fulfilled in our lives, it means we have to live with the Lord for eternity.  We cannot live with Him for eternity unless our physical bodies are glorified at the time of translation.

1 Corinthians 15: 52 – 53:  “In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump:  for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.  For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.”

Whilst the Lord is ministering to us to get us ready for the translation, what should our focus be?  Our focus should be to set our affection on things above.  Colossians 3: 2:  “Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.”

We should always set our mind on things of heaven, thinking about our Lord Jesus Christ and worshipping Him and thanking Him for what He has in store for us in heaven.

Psalm 34: 7:  “The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.”

The Angel of the Lord is with you every second of your life.  You do not need to worry that He will spend less time with you because He also has to attend to the needs of others.  The Lord is infinite, which means He is with you every moment of your life as if you are the only person on this earth that needs His attention.  As a child of God, He is always with you, His anointing is always with you, no matter what city or village you are in.  He “encampeth” round about you means He is always with you.

We can talk of many things that the Lord God Almighty, as the Angel of the Lord, will reveal to you, as He minsters to you, but here are three things He will let you know.

The Angel of the Lord will let you know that you will overcome all things and sit with Him on His throne for eternity.  Revelation 3: 21:   “To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.”  The Lord Jesus is also the Father.  Isaiah 9: 6 calls Him “The mighty God, The everlasting Father”.  It states He will “grant” to you to sit with Him on His throne.

The Angel of the Lord will let you know that you will inherit all things of God for eternity.  Revelation 21: 7:  “He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.”

The Angel of the Lord will let you know that you are a joint-heir with Him for eternity.  Romans 8: 16 – 17:  “The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God.  And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.”  We are joint-heirs with the Almighty God because He became a human being like us, as the Lord Jesus, and gave His life for our salvation.

Just to have the thought in your heart that you will overcome all things and sit with the eternal God on His throne for eternity, that you will inherit all things of God for eternity and that you are a joint-heir with Him for eternity is a blessing.

Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, July 11, 2021

Introduction:  Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, July 11, 2021

This sermon talks about the fact that that the children of the Lord should always hold to the Scriptures that in the Lord Jesus, we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins (Ephesians 1: 7).

The Lord Jesus only died once; He paid the price for all of our sins only once.

You were once dead in trespasses and sins, but no more; you once walked in time past according to the course of this world, but no more; you once had the life of sin as others who are still in sin, but no more; you were once by nature a child of wrath, but no more (Ephesians 2: 1 – 4).

The Lord has quickened us together, raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 2: 5 – 6).

It means all of those that would come to the Lord Jesus were made alive at the same time, they were raised at the same time and they were made to sit in heavenly places at the same.

This gives you the assurance that the Lord will not forget you when He comes in the translation.  Colossians 3: 4:  “When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.”

If you believe the true word of God, you “shall have no fear for the angel of God is beside thee to watch over thee” until the Lord returns.

Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, July 11, 2021

We listened to a sermon titled “Benefits of Wisdom”, CD # 762, preached by Brother Neal Frisby on 11/18/79 (AM).

In the sermon, Brother Frisby said:

With the wisdom of God, you have another way of getting your prayers answered.

Wisdom helps you to receive God’s promises.

Proverbs 1: 7:  “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge”.

Trust is long-term faith.

The Lord is preparing the church in divine wisdom.

Wisdom is the key that will bring the church together.

The wisdom of the Lord converts the soul.

Divine wisdom will prepare you; it will let your prayer be answered.

The anointed word of God will add length of days and long life and peace to you (Proverbs 3: 2).

God’s revival is coming upon the earth.

Keep praising the Lord no matter what comes your way.

Acknowledge the Lord in all thy ways and He shall direct your paths (Proverbs 3: 6).

God’s wisdom brings prosperity (Proverbs 3: 10, 14 – 15).

Wisdom promotes happiness (Proverbs 3: 13).

Divine wisdom will lead into eternal life (Proverbs 3: 18).

Brother Frisby heard the Lord speaking about various topics, including His creation, the secrets He will reveal to His elect in heaven, eternity, His Kingdom, the joint-ownership we have with the Lord, power of the saints and time measures concerning the revival at the end and translation.

The Lord is going to get everyone that is His.

Divine wisdom will prepare you and will let your prayers be answered.

The Lord God manifests in three offices (as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit) in divine wisdom.

The Lord is the same yesterday, today and forever (Hebrews 13: 8).

The Lord has all things in His hand and we will blend into eternity with Him.

As you absorb the word of God, He will become your confidence (Proverbs 3: 26).

The Messiah was God’s wisdom cloud coming to the people.

The wise shall inherit the Kingdom of God (Proverbs 3: 35).

I started the sermon.

Psalm 111: 10:  “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom:  a good understanding have all they that do his commandments:  his praise endureth for ever.”

Ephesians Chapter 1:

Verse 7 – 8:  “In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence;”

In the Lord Jesus, we now have redemption through His blood; we have the forgiveness of our sins.

Verse 9:  “Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:”

What is the good pleasure that the Lord has purposed in Himself?  The answer is in the next verse.

Verse 10:  “That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:”

What the Lord has purposed in Himself is that “in the dispensation of the fulness of times”, that is, when there is no more time, when we are now in eternity, He will “gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him”.

It means in eternity, all that have come to the Lord Jesus through shall be gathered together by the Lord.  We will be talking of the eternal salvation of our Lord God throughout eternity.

Verse 11:  “In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:”

We have an eternal inheritance from the Lord.  This inheritance lasts not just for trillions of years, but for eternity.

What again is the purpose of the Lord – who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will?  Let us again find the answer in the next verse.

Verse 12:  “That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.”

It means for eternity, we are “the praise of his glory”.  The Lord God will look at us, and for eternity, He will be proud of what He accomplished by Him paying the price for our sins on the cross.  There will be joy in the presence of the Lord in heaven for eternity.  Psalm 16: 11 states:  “at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.”

Verse 13:  “In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation:  in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,”

This gospel is “the word of truth”.  Nothing on this earth is of more truth than the gospel of our Lord Jesus – that the Lord God Himself became a human being to die for our sins.  “That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life” (John 3: 15).

After you believed in the Lord Jesus, you “were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise”.

Verse 14:  “Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.”

The down payment “of our inheritance” is the Lord Jesus Himself in the form of the Holy Spirit.  We are sealed; we have an eternal inheritance; we now have the down payment of this inheritance until the day of rapture – “until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.”

Verse 15 – 16:  “Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love unto all the saints, Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers;”

You can now pray for all of the brethren throughout the whole world, including all those that you have never met.  Each one of us that has come to true salvation in the Lord Jesus is sealed by the Holy Spirit.

Verse 17:   “That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:”

The person that came as the Lord Jesus was the Lord God Himself (Isaiah 9: 6).

What is the type of prayer you should be making for all of the brethren throughout the whole world?  That the Lord God may give unto each one of us “the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him”.

Verse 18 – 20:  “The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,”

As the eyes of our understanding are enlightened, we will know (1) “what is the hope of his calling”; (2) “what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints”; (3) “what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe” which the Lord used to raise Himself from the dead.

The Lord will reveal more of what awaits us in eternity with Him.

The Lord will reveal more of the greatness of His power which He will use to raise the dead in Christ and to change the bodies of those who are alive at the time of translation.  1 Corinthians 15: 53:  “For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.”

Verse 21:  “Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:”

The Lord Jesus, being the Almighty God, was raised:  “Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come”.

We are joint-heirs with the Lord.  Romans 8: 17 states:  “And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ”.  We will also sit with the Lord on His throne for eternity.  Revelation 3: 21 states:   “To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne”.

Verse 22 – 23:  “And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.”

We are the body of the Lord Jesus – all of His children wherever they may be on this earth.

Ephesians Chapter 2:

Verse 1:  “And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;”

If you truly believe in the Lord Jesus, the Lord has forgiven your sins; you “were” dead in trespasses and sins, but you are no longer in trespasses and sins.

Verse 2:  “Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:”

It was in the “past” that you “walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience”.

Verse 3:  “Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.”

We all “had” this type of life in times “past” and we “were” by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

Always consider yourself in the Lord Jesus to be no longer in sin.

The Lord Jesus only died once; He paid the price for all of our sins only once.  Hold to your faith in the Lord Jesus that He has already forgiven all of your sins.  Psalm 103: 3 says: “Who forgiveth all thine iniquities”.

You were once dead in trespasses and sins, but no more.

You once walked in time past according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience, but no more.

You once had the life of sin as others who are still in sin, but no more.

You were once by nature a child of wrath, but no more.

Verse 4 – 6:  “But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:”

Even when we were still in sin, when the Lord should be punishing us, He forgave us of our sins.

It means all of those that would come to the Lord Jesus were made alive at the same time, they were raised at the same time and they were made to sit in heavenly places at the same time because the Lord “hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus”.

It means the brethren that have died in the Lord, those who are alive today in the Lord Jesus or those who will come to the Lord Jesus in the future have all been quickened “together”, have all been raised “together” and have all been made to sit “together” in heavenly places.

This gives you the assurance that the Lord will not forget you when He comes in the translation.  Colossians 3: 4:  “When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.”

Verse 7:  “That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.”

This Scripture states:  “in the ages to come”, the Lord will be showing “the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus”.

It means throughout eternity, the Almighty God will still be talking about His great kindness towards us by Him paying the price for our sins as the Lord Jesus Christ on the cross.

I read from Scroll # 37:

WILL WE KNOW ONE ANOTHER IN HEAVEN THE SAME AS UPON THE EARTH? – Where do people go after death?  Yes we shall know one another in heaven – read I Cor. 13: 12 – Moses and Elijah were known when they appeared with Christ.  (St. Matt. 17:1-3)  This is one reason you will rejoice in heaven, you will see your loved ones once again!  We will also have discernment possibly to know those we have not known before like the Apostle Paul, Elijah etc.  We will know Jesus at one glance!!  When a person dies the Lord sends an escorting angel to them.  (Ps. 91:11) explaining secrets after death because surely people are startled afterwards to find they have a spiritual body too!  Even more alive and alert then before death.  THE SINNER AND THE SAINTS DEPARTURE – Where are the dead (Luke 16: 26) Divine revelation will reveal this is true (Luke 16:22-23)  The flesh body of the Elect that die in the Lord Jesus is in the grave, but the real you, the spiritual personality “form” is in a beautiful waiting place, prepared for them just below the 3rd haven.  (II Cor. 12:1-4) until at rapture time they unite “Heavens Presence” with their body which becomes glorified then!  Now the sinner who dies without God is escorted to a place not so beautiful, below or (just above) or near the final hell until they also unite with their corrupted body to appear for judgment.  (I Cor. 3:13-14  Rev. 20:12) afterwards the sinner finally goes to the dark abode.  Both places were created heaven for the saints and hell for the unbeliever.  The parable of the rich man and Lazarus reveals recognition in heaven and also people go to different places immediately after death!  (Luke 23:43)  The rich man also knew Abraham who he had not seen before.  He also saw Lazarus and knew him as the same person who once had laid at his gate (Luke 16: 19-23-30)  Read Job 3: 17-19-David said he would know his son again!  (II Sam.  12:21-23)  Hold fast and let no man take thy crown!  Yea saith the Lord if ye shall believe the Word of the Lord in this message thou shall have no fear for the angel of God is beside thee to watch over thee until I return – “Selah!”

I continued with the sermon:

It means we will know one another in heaven.  The Brothers and Sisters in the Lord that you know now, you will know them in heaven.  You will also rejoice in heaven when you see your loved ones again.  We will also have discernment possibly to know those we have not known before – whether those who lived in the Old Testament or in the New Testament.  We will also immediately know our Lord Jesus Christ, our eternal God, who made it all possible for us to make heaven.  If you believe the true word of God, you “shall have no fear for the angel of God is beside thee to watch over thee” until the Lord returns.

Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, June 27, 2021

Introduction: Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, June 27, 2021

This sermon talks about the fact that that the children of the Lord have the eternal spirit of the Lord in them.  They will eventually repent and believe in the Lord Jesus.

Ecclesiastes 12: 7:  “Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was:  and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.”

The Lord has a heavenly name waiting for you (Revelation 2: 17).  No one else knows this name, but you and the Lord.  This new name will let you reach out and do things in the kingdom of God.

You will sit with the Lord on His throne (Revelation 3: 21) and you will inherit all things (Revelation 21: 7).  The Lord will reveal to you His secrets, some of which are hidden from the Angels.

The Lord will also reveal to you what He has in other parts of the Universe that have been hidden from view.

The Almighty God throughout eternity will still be talking about His great kindness towards us by Him coming to die for our sins as the Lord Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2: 7).  Revelation 1: 18 also shows that He is still talking in heaven about His death for our salvation.   It states:  “I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.”

Summary of Sermon preached on Sunday, June 27, 2021

We listened to a sermon titled “Important Word”, CD # 979B, preached by Brother Neal Frisby on 11/20/83 (AM).

In the sermon, Brother Frisby said:

You can have revival anytime you want in your heart.

Revival is coming from the true word of God.

The Jews told Jesus that He being a man made Himself God.  Rather, Jesus told them, He being God made Himself a man.

People do not give enough of thanks to God for His word.

The Lord told Moses that because he failed to give thanks, because he failed to sanctify the Lord in the eyes of the children of Israel, he would not lead the children of Israel to the promised land (Numbers 20: 12).

We have all been saved by grace.  By whose stripes you were healed.

Never let anyone take your eyes off Jesus.

Believe the word of God for faith, power and salvation of souls.

Do not fail to give thanks and to sanctify the Lord for how great He is.

The word of God is important.  You need to take Jesus as the true God as it is important to Him.

If ye continue in my Word, then are ye my disciples (John 8: 31).

Hatred of Christ is caused by hatred of the word.

Give thanks to the Lord for His word; faith cometh by hearing the word of God.

He that keeps the word of God shall be kept from the hour of temptation.

The word of God (Jesus) is the best friend you will ever have.

Don’t fail to sanctify the Lord and to give thanks for what He has done for you.

The seed is the word of God that is sown (Luke 8: 11; Matthew 13:  18 – 23).

This is now harvest time.

He that heareth the word of God and understandeth it not, then the devil catcheth away the word of God that was sown in his heart.

He that heareth the word of God in stony places, having no root, is offended because of the persecution of the word.

Do not blame others and then leave the word of God; there is no more hope until that person repents.  If you leave the word of God, blame yourself and the Lord will come and get you.

If you are ashamed of Christ’s word, then the Lord will be ashamed of you (Luke 9: 26).

They that received the seed among thorns let the cares of this life choke the word of God from them.

The elect receives the word of God on good ground; they will understand the truth, believe the truth and the Lord will work miracles through them.

The word of God does not lie; it tells the truth; it is great.

The Lord puts his eternal spirit in the elect; the others do not have the eternal spirit, otherwise, they will have eternal life.  The eternal spirit is in you and the Lord creates flesh around it.  Your body will be glorified.  There is the true vine; there is the false vine.

Inside of Satan is a time bomb.  A fire ignites in him and he turns into ashes (Ezekiel 28: 18 -19).  There is a time limit on him; he does not have eternal life.

The saints of God have eternal life.

The words of the Lord are spirit and they are life (John 6: 63).

The Lord has done for you all that you will ever need.

I started the sermon.

Brother Frisby mentioned in his sermon that the children of the Lord have the eternal spirit of the Lord.

I read from Scroll # 43:

THE ELECT SPIRITS WHICH WERE PART OF GOD, BEFORE THE ELECT BODY WAS CREATED – The real you (the spiritual part) was with God before it was appointed a body upon the earth through seed.  There is a fleshly seed and a spiritual seed which was united!  The real eternal spirit which God gives His saints had no beginning and has no end and is like unto God!  That is why after death our body is changed into the inner immortal spirit, that is why it is called eternal life, it always was and always will be with God!  And He breathed it into each of us (Gen. 2: 7)  “Behold saith the Lord do ye not know this Scripture?  Ye were with Me when the Morning Stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy!” (Job 38: 6,7).  Our flesh body came upon earth by birth uniting with His spirit which was always with Him!  And when we repent (salvation) we keep this spirit in order to always live with Him!!  Read (Isa. 1:9 – Eph. 1:4)  (Satan’s seed is a group, also the Lord has created a place for them.)

I continued with the sermon:

Ecclesiastes 12: 7:  “Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was:  and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.”

This Scripture states:  “the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.”

You are able to go about your daily life because God put a spirit inside of your body that makes you to be alive.  This spirit will “return unto God that gave it.”

For a child of God, the spirit that God gave to you was part of Him – not next to God, but part of God.  “The real eternal spirit which God gives His saints had no beginning and has no end and is like unto God!”  That “is why it is called eternal life, it always was and always will be with God!”  That is why a child of God will eventually come to repentance (will come to salvation) in order to keep the spirit that God already gave him/her.

The body may be in the grave, but the person’s spirit is somewhere else, either with the Lord in the third heaven (paradise, a resting place) for those that come to salvation or in hell (a resting place) for those that did not come to salvation (Luke 16:  19 – 31; 2 Corinthians 12: 1 – 4).  The final home for the children of God is the Holy City (Revelation Chapter 21).  The final home for those who did not come to salvation is the lake of fire (Revelation Chapter 20).

Remind yourself always that you have the eternal spirit from God in you.

Always set your mind on the Lord and do not let anything that comes your way on this earth disturb you.  That is how you will have the peace of God.  Isaiah 26: 3:  “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee:  because he trusteth in thee.”  Once you let your mind stay on the Lord, He will keep you in perfect peace.

God is not the God of the dead because those who died in faith are alive in paradise.  Mark 12: 27:  “He is not the God of the dead, but the God of the living:  ye therefore do greatly err.”

2 Corinthians 5: 8:  “We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.”

2 Timothy 4: 6 – 8:  “For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.  I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:  Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day:  and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.”

It states:  “the time of my departure is at hand”.  It is like when someone is going for a flight or going to take a train or a bus and you have a time for your departure.  You are still the same person that is going from one place to another place.

The Lord is coming very soon.  In addition, the Lord can call for you at anytime.  You can leave this earth at anytime either through death or at the time of translation (rapture).  Either way, sooner or later, the time of your departure will be at hand.

I read from Scroll # 43:

THE CHOSEN NAME – GOD FOREKNEW US BEFORE THE FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD! (Rev. 17: 8)  In (Rev. 2: 17) – It reads God will give His Elect a white stone and in the stone a “new name already written!”  And only you will know the name.  Hundreds of Scriptures can bare this out but it proves God foreknew His Elect and gave him a heavenly name hidden from the beginning.  And then upon the earth he was given an earthly name (Rev. 2: 17) shows that we will be given the original name also.  This definitely shows that He knows each of His Elect as personal as He does “Gabriel” His archangel!  And brothers and sisters that makes His Elect an important class of all ages!  He loves us and imprinted it in stone!  (Eph. 1: 4)  We were chosen in Him before the world!

This is what Brother Frisby said in a sermon titled “Divine Purpose And Great Secrets”, CD # 1401:

Revelation 2: 17:  “He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.”

You have an earthly name which is not your real name.  You will shed your earthly name.  When you leave the earth, your name will change.  He has your real name before the foundation of the world.  This is a secret name that the Lord has given to you before you were born.

No one else knows this name, but you and the Lord.  You and the Lord have that code.  The “hidden manna” is the Lord Jesus.  A new name written.  This new name that you will receive will let you reach out and do things in the kingdom of God.  You will be introduced to things that you have never seen.

“eat of the hidden manna” – more revelation of the Lord Jesus, knowledge of what He has, you will receive great secrets, you will have a deeper walk with the Lord Jesus.  You will have knowledge of the secrets of God, some of which are hidden from the Angels.

I continued with the sermon:

This heavenly name that God gave to you is hidden by Him.  This is your original name.  You will get back your original name.  The reason for the Lord creating you and your purpose for eternity is tied to this original name.

This heavenly name that the Lord has for you has nothing to do with who you are on this earth.  This eternal name was reserved for you by the Lord Jesus before you were born on this earth.

You will go back to God to fulfil the reason for Him creating you.  No one else knows this name, but you and the Lord.  You and the Lord have the code to that name.

As it states:  “This new name that you will receive will let you reach out and do things in the kingdom of God.  You will be introduced to things that you have never seen.”

The Lord Jesus paid the price on the cross to make it possible for you to receive the name that goes with your eternal life.

This is your original name and it will be given back to you when you meet the Lord in heaven.

Why will the Lord reveal to you His secrets, some of which are hidden from the Angels?

It is because you are sitting with Him on His throne.  Revelation 3: 21:   “To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.”  The Lord Jesus is the Almighty God and He is also the Father.  Isaiah 9: 6 calls Him “The mighty God, The everlasting Father”.

This Scripture states He will “grant” to you to sit with Him on His throne for eternity.

The Lord will also reveal His secrets to you because you shall inherit all things of God for eternity.  Revelation 21: 7:  “He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.”

In addition, the Lord will reveal to you what He has in other parts of the Universe.

I read from Special Writing # 136:

“Also we might say in due time God will reveal to His saints what He has in other parts of the Universe that has been hidden from view.  Surely many parts of it is inhabited by some type of life and so forth, and after the translation He will reveal to His elect their duty and the rest of His plans for the ages into the eternities! – Rejoice that you know and understand these things and be prepared in your heart to be ready at all times!”

I continued with the sermon:

What you will be doing for the Lord throughout eternity is already preset.  Just as the Angels of God have their own tasks and do them well, you will also do your tasks well.

We are going to have eternal joy as we receive more revelation of the Lord Jesus and more knowledge of what He has.  We are going to be thankful to the Lord throughout eternity for our salvation.  The Lord God Himself will still be talking about our salvation for eternity.

Ephesians 2: 7 – 8:  “That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God”.

This Scripture states:  “in the ages to come”, the Lord will be showing “the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus”.

It means throughout eternity, the Almighty God will still be talking about His great kindness towards us by Him coming personally to die for our sins as the Lord Jesus Christ.  This is “the gift of God” to us.

Revelation 1: 18 shows that the Lord God is still talking in heaven about His death for our salvation.   It states:  “I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.”

Psalm 16: 11:  “Thou wilt shew me the path of life:  in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.”

Let us be thankful to our eternal God for His word as it creates faith; it creates certainty to the soul.
