Introduction

In Isaiah 43, He said, ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, to all that I do, everything that I say, and everything about me. You are my witness, that ye may know and believe me. I’m going to tell you something, saith the Lord, that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am He, and before me there was no God formed. There’s only me, He said, neither shall there be any after me. I, even I, am the Lord; beside me there is no Savior. You cannot look for one. I will be in the Savior. There is no other Savior, saith the Lord. I am He. Then He come down in the Messiah and come to His people at the time. And that’s an encouragement of faith. Isaiah 43: 10 – 11; Isaiah 45: 22; Isaiah 9: 6.

It means there was no God formed before the Lord Jesus, and there is no God formed after Him. There are no two or three of them. He is the only Almighty God. That is why Jesus could tell Philip that “he that hath seen me hath seen the Father” (John 14: 7 – 9). Isaiah 9: 6 calls the Lord Jesus “The mighty God, The everlasting Father”. That is why Jesus could tell the Jews that “Before Abraham was, I am” (John 8: 56 – 58).

The name of the Almighty God is Jesus; He is Christ the Lord (Matthew 1: 21; Luke 1: 26 – 35; Luke 2: 11).

Any doctrine that does not bring out the fact that the Lord Jesus is the only true God is a false doctrine.

It is I the Lord Jesus which has spoken unto my people the Bride! And unto them who will take my name will become my Bride. And unto her is given my Kingdom to rule with Me! For even now the time must shortly come when I will take her to My palace. And there is no other God besides Me! Behold I have hidden myself in Jesus in such away that the foolish virgins and the world can not see Me, Until the time that I shall reveal it, but My Elect was born to believe it and another they will not hear.

To understand that Jesus is the Almighty God is what separates those that are translated (the Bride) from those that are not translated (the tribulation saints).

It means the tribulation saints will not become the Bride. It means they are not considered among the highest group in heaven. It means they will not sit on the throne with the Lord Jesus ruling the entire Universe with Him for eternity.

“Who is a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity”Micah 7: 18

It said, Who is a God, unto Thee, that pardoneth iniquity, because He deligheth in mercy. Who is a God that pardons? He pardons it. You know what a pardon is? You never done it in the first place.

It means the Lord Jesus not only forgives, but He also pardons whatever sin that you have committed. No one, including the devil, can now bring up before you whatever sin that you have committed, because you have been pardoned by the Lord. You never committed those sins in the first place. You are in total righteousness before the Lord.

At the time of the end, at the great white throne judgment, the books are opened, and the book of life is also opened. The people are “judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works”. Revelation 20: 11 – 15.

Their works, their sins, are still showing up in the books because they were never pardoned by the Lord. They never came in true repentance to the Lord Jesus for the pardon of their sins. However, in the book of life, there is no sin written therein because the children of the Lord, with true salvation in their hearts, have been pardoned by the Lord. They never committed those sins in the first place.

You can never thank the Lord Jesus enough for pardoning your sins. Your name is written in the book of life.

Summary of the Sermon

We listened to a sermon titled “God’s Encouragement”, CD # 1215, by Brother Neal Frisby.

In the sermon, Brother Frisby said:

The title of my sermon here is God’s Encouragement.

In Isaiah 43, He said, ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, to all that I do, everything that I say, and everything about me. You are my witness, that ye may know and believe me. I’m going to tell you something, saith the Lord, that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am He, and before me there was no God formed. I, even I, am the Lord; beside me there is no Savior. You cannot look for one. I will be in the Savior. There is no other Savior, saith the Lord. I am He

Now, Isaiah 45, Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, there is none else.

Then He come down in the Messiah and come to His people at the time. And that’s an encouragement of faith.

See, He said that ye may believe, I’m going to tell you who I am. There is no other God before me. There is no other God after me. And there is no Savior but me, saith the Lord. That ye may believe. He said I will tell you that ye may believe. See, that increase your faith. As long as you’re in confusion, your faith is in confusion, saith the Lord. So, the best power is where it lays right in there.

Now it says here, the people sometimes say, you know, what is God doing about all these things you see, and sickness all over the world, and all of those things in there. I’ll tell you one thing. The Lord God tells the truth. Jesus tells the truth.

Now, you know, people, they think because they see so much trouble, they see so much confusion, they see so much starvation, so many murders, so many killings. They see so much sickness in the church, so many mental problems in the church, death all over the world. They think, is God concerned?

You see Satan paints such a picture as that, publicly, and then blames God for what he has done himself. So, don’t jump on the devil’s side and say, doesn’t the Lord care? Oh, He cares. But do you have faith in His words? Do you believe His promises? Are you going to stand on His promises? Are you going to last on those promises? God knows exactly what He is doing here.

So, we find out that even the Christian churches sometimes, does God know exactly what He is doing?

But if you don’t read the Bible and understand the Bible, you may think that God is forsaken you, but He hasn’t.

You have forsaken your own self by not knowing the word of God, not knowing who He is, and how powerful He is.

Now we find out the Scriptures have the secret to that.

And let’s see what the Scriptures say about how that God deals with people, and how that the Lord is dealing with this earth, and how that the Lord will touch you there.

It says here, in the Scriptures here, the Lord is merciful, He’s gracious, He is slow to anger. He is very slow. See, maybe thousands of years on some things. He’s very slow, and hundreds of years, and years, on other things. But we’re coming to the end of 6,000 years upon this earth, and He has been merciful. He is slow to anger and plenteous in mercy.

For as far as the heaven is above the earth, is the mercy towards them that fear Him. That is a lot of mercy. Did you know that? As far as the heaven’s there.

So, what is He? Does He have any compassion on me? He said right there. His mercy is as far above the heaven.

He’s very slow to anger.

Although you’ve made your mistakes, although you may have said the wrong thing, you may have done the wrong thing. He is slow to anger because if you’re a Christian, and you know it in your heart, and you’re trying the best you can to get on in, as strong as you can in there, He is full of compassion, and He is slow to anger. But never tell Him that He is doing what Satan is doing; you’re obligated to get on Satan’s track.

Doesn’t God care, the churches today? Well, we just throw out the healing, throw out that, and attend just medical doctors, just psychiatrists, and so forth. God is alive. God is working. They’re the ones that’s dead, saith the Lord. I am alive.

And He said here, Psalm 103: 17: But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear Him.

And to those that remember His commandments to do them.

He is from everlasting to everlasting. That means that’s eternal mercy. Something that interrupts that would have to be God’s providence. He is so gracious, and especially to the church on this earth. It’s eternal. When He has to do something, He does it. But that mercy is from the very beginning, from everlasting to everlasting. That mercy is in Him and was in Him all the time there.

Micah 7, chapter 7 here, let’s read this. It said, Who is a God, unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, because He deligheth in mercy. Who is a God that pardons? He pardons it. You know what a pardon is? You never done it in the first place.

Who pardoneth iniquity. He is so full of compassion, and so full of mercy.

And Lamentations: It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not.

And in His mercies, it said here, He pardoneth iniquity because of His mercies.

Isaiah 59: 19: So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west, there’s the west. And His glory from the rising of the sun, even the east. And when the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against them. And He’s going to lift that up in the latter rain.

He will put up such a shield. It’ll be a standard of power that He lifts up. And when He does, He’ll have that shield on His church. They’ll be united and pulled together. They’ll be translated away.

And this world will turn into the hands of the infamous geniuses of this planet. Did you hear that? It’ll be turned into the hands of the infamous geniuses of this planet, including the man that understands dark sentences that Daniel saw; the beast, rising.

And it is the mercies of the Lord that this planet has been allowed all of this time with all of what they have done in defiance of the most High, the word of the Lord. The more disbelief and unbelief out there, the more faith, and power, God’s going to give His children, and unbelief cannot conquer that faith.

But though He caused grief, see, sometimes you may have grief from those that are around you.

You may have grief from those that work for you.

Your children may bring grief to you, not listening to what you’re trying to tell them.

Some children in school may have grief.

Things may come, but it says here, but though He cause grief, yet will He have compassion according to the multitude of His mercies. How many of you know that? Sometimes God will talk to you. Sometimes God will allow, and this will happen. He wants you to have more power. He wants you to open up your faith. So, these strange trials, and tests that will try.

And it says here, the merciful, Thou will show Thy mercy to.

So, no matter what test, no matter what trial up here, no matter what you go through, His compassions will stay with you. His compassions, as well as on Paul, will be upon you.

And then here He said that He will show mercy on those that show mercy. If you have compassion and you show mercy, and you believe in your heart, and you will pray for others, and you believe in your heart, and you have compassion on the lost, and ye’ll witness, ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord. And you will witness for the Lord, and you will talk to the Lord, and you will show mercy, then He will show mercy upon you. Then He will visit you with His kindness, and He will visit you with His mercy.

So, it doesn’t make any difference what the churches say, what the churches believe, what they’ve got to have, what really counts here is God’s word.

If you don’t believe He’s such a merciful God, don’t ever go by what’s happening, don’t ever go by what somebody’s saying. His word is true, and it’ll abide forever, and it cannot pass away.

I give thanks unto the Lord, for He is good. His mercy endureth for ever, and for ever.

How many of you believe that? His mercy endureth for ever, and for ever, even unto the end.

You may be suffering in sickness. You may not see any way out. You may think you have a trial. You may have something where you think you will never be able to pay your bills, you’ll never be able to control your children, but you hold onto this word. No matter what happens, God in His divine mercies, He will show you mercy. And He will show you His great compassion there.

So, when the enemy lifts up, and all these things come, He will lift up a standard. Now what’s that standard? That word will become so powerful. That anointing will be around you like a shield. And no matter how many darts he throws, he will not win in there.

Psalms 103: Like as a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear Him. If you know how to contact Him, He is gracious, He is full of compassion. No matter what test, no matter what trial, He is right there, and He will be right there with you.

Behold, for peace I have great bitterness. Thou, O God, in love to my soul, delivered me from the pit of corruption, for Thou hast cast all my sins behind Thy back. Now what did he say here? Behold for peace, I have bitterness. Bitterness had begin to creep in. And when bitterness and hate creep in, watch out. It will rule out faith.

Paul said don’t go to bed with that.

So, if you go to bed without being angry, you’ve got the bitterness and hate out of your heart.

And what if you get bitterness in your heart? It says rest and peace will depart.

As we close out here in Zephaniah 3: 17: For the Lord thy God is in the midst of thee, is mighty; He will save, He will rejoice over thee with joy; He will rest in His love. You will have rest in His love. He will joy over thee with singing. He will give you rest. He will sing over you. He is full of mercy. And He will be in the midst of thee.

So, if you’re praying about something, and you’re praying in your heart for God to work it out, or for God to do something for you in here, you’ve got sickness, you’ve got relatives, it don’t make any difference what it is. You put it on into the compassion hands of the Lord.

Where is your controversy with the Lord anyway? There is none. His promises overrule any kind of a feeling against His word that you might have. He is full of divine mercy. He is full of power. And He means what He says. God tells the truth, and the Lord will back up the truth. And the Lord will back up faith, and God will back up His word.

And when you seek the Lord, and seek Him early, you shall find Him. He will not let you down.

Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?”John 14: 7 – 9

“Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad. Then said the Jews unto him, Thou art not yet fifty years old, and hast thou seen Abraham? Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.”John 8: 56 – 58

The name of the Almighty God is Jesus; He is Christ the Lord.

“And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.”Matthew 1: 21

In Luke 1: 26 – 35, Mary was told by Angel Gabriel that “thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.”

“For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.”Luke 2: 11

I read from Scroll # 35:

“Behold what I have spoken about the water is true! What I have spoken about my name is true! It is I the Lord Jesus which has spoken unto my people the Bride! For she has spiritually married me and has taken my name the Lord Jesus Christ, for she is My own, the very handy work of my spirit! For even now the time must shortly come when I will take her to My palace. Watch! I say watch! – Behold now is the end of the age come! And I will reveal hidden manna! I was God walking in the body of Jesus, walking the hot roads of Galilee, and gave rest to the weary! Healing the sick of Israel! I am your Lord let no man deceive thee! And there is no other God besides Me! Behold I have hidden myself in Jesus in such away that the foolish virgins and the world can not see Me, Until the time that I shall reveal it, but My Elect was born to believe it and another they will not hear I AM ALPHA AND OMEGA, YEA A MANS HAND HAS NOT WRITTEN THIS, BUT THE HAND OF POWER THE LORD OF HOST HAS WRITTEN IT!

“And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.”Revelation 19: 9
